Hi, my name is Rocky! I was found as a stray laying on a random front porch exhausted and sore from road rash. A Good Samaritan found me and reached out to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue to help me get the medical care I needed. I'm doing great now - a happy, healthy boy! I've had a pretty rough go of it in my past, but I'm a good boy who deserves a loving home. I know basic commands, I love the pool and playing fetch, and walk pretty well on leash. I'm best suited for a home with no other pets. I've done great with every human that I've met! I'm estimated at around 4 years old and last weighed in at 57 lbs. I'm currently being fostered by the great folks over at Arfington Pet Resort in Tamarac, Florida who fell in love with me when they met me a while back. My adoption fee has been reduced to $100 and includes the care I needed at the vet, up-to-date vaccines, microchip, neuter, and heartworm test (negative).If you are interested in adopting me, please complete a free, non-binding application at www.gofar.dog under Adopt. Meet Bentley! 🐾💙 Bentley is an almost 2-year-old Catahoula mix weighing about 60 lbs, and he is truly a showstopper with his absolutely stunning merle coat. Just as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside, Bentley is a very nice, gentle boy who wins hearts wherever he goes. Bentley can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly once he feels comfortable. He’s affectionate, kind, and forms strong bonds with his people when given a bit of patience and reassurance. Bentley is good with other dogs and would do well in a home with kids over 5, especially those who can respect his space as he settles in. This sweet, loving boy would thrive in a calm, caring home where he can feel safe and confident. With a little time, Bentley will become a loyal, devoted companion—and a truly stunning one at that. 🐾
