Meet Hadley! This kitten has a playful spirit and a heart full of love. Hadley is a friendly girl who begins purring the minute she sees her favorite people…And you won’t believe the softness of her orange coat! Hadley may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up to you, her loyalty is unwavering. At six months old, Hadley is the perfect age to join a new family. Story
If he could only tell us his story, this adorable black and white boy would no doubt have a wild tale to tell. He came into our lives seemingly out of nowhere a few months ago when he clumsily wandered up to one of our foster homes who feeds an outdoor kitty. He quickly found food on the porch but kept searching the yard until he found that outdoor kitty. Despite outdoor kitty`s loud protests, this guy stuck close to him. After watching him for a bit, it became quite clear he was vision impaired and not doing too well because of it. He would be absolutely defenseless if any dangers came along so foster mom moved quickly to bait him with the help of the outdoor kitty and some smelly foods. She managed to trap him that very day!He earned himself the name Daredevil (Marvel nerds, you know ??). Daredevil was pretty out of sorts and unsure of things. He looked to have been a strapping outdoor cat so the best guess is that the onset of his vision impairment was quite sudden seeing as how he was so clumsy and unsure of how to get around outdoors. Even once inside where it was easier to memorize his surroundings, it took him a very long time to figure out simple things that seasoned blind animals are able to quickly pick up on.Now that he`s had time to adjust to indoor life, has healed up from skin irritation he`d suffered outdoors, learned that pettins are wonderful and tasty food and treats come on the regular, Daredevil is loving life! His new home will need to give him a small space to become comfortable in while he adjusts to the new surroundings before allowing him run of his home. He requests a home with another friendly kitty who might be his BFF but would also do ok as an only cat.
