Story
Diesel is a lovable dog to humans, but he does get along with other animals. He thinks he is a lap dog and he loves affection. He belonged to my son, who sadly passed on 3/8/2025, so I took Diesel in. I am 74 years old and Diesel is such a strong dog that I cannot manage him, especially if he sees another animal. I do not have a fenced-in yard and Diesel must be on a leash at all times outside. He was deemed a dangerous dog after he killed two cats, one of which was mine, and attacked two dogs in the neighborhood where my son used to live. I do not want to have Diesel euthanized. He is a beautiful dog and as I said he loves humans and just loves affection. I have to carry liability insurance on him as well and I believe the new owner would also have to carry insurance on him as well. It breaks my heart to have to give him up especially since I know how much my son loved him and Diesel loved my son as well. I just know he would make a great companion to someone who does not have pets.

Story
Meet Indi a shy but very sweet 2 year old Pit Bull/Siberian Husky mix who was surrendered along with her sister Tivi. Indi has lived most of her adult life as an outside kennel dog so she will need a patient and loving family that will give her guidance and boundaries as she settles into being a spoiled house dog! Indi is a friendly and affectionate dog with lots of love to give! She is an adult dog with lots of energy and is very playful, smart, and brave. She is curious about the world around her and loves to explore new places and smells. She is also independent and enjoys some alone time, but is shy around new people and in new situations, so will need some extra love and patience to help her come out of her shell. Indi was said to be a bit bossy with her sister so we will need to make sure she meets any and all dogs she will be living with. Indi CAN NOT go to a home that has cats or chickens as she is not good with them! Indi has been spayed, has been brought up to date on her vaccines. Microchipped, Heartworm tested, Flea/Tick prevention started, she has been microchipped.
