Story
Meet Aspen! Aspen is an affectionate, energetic husky mix who would enjoy an active life in her new home! Her goofy personality captures the hearts of all who meet her. She can be cuddly, she runs like the wind when she gets the zoomies, and when she's ready to settle down, she loves to take naps on the couch. Aspen loves snow: eating it, rolling in it, and sniffing around in it! This sweetie gets really excited if you toss her a treat, and she's good at catching them. If you're not a cat person but need a mouser, Aspen might be your girl! She has a history of catching mice in her previous home. Aspen would do best in a home without cats or small mammal pets, but she could enjoy living with a canine companion. Aspen has been having sleepovers at her foster home, where she has successfully been introduced to the foster's resident dog. Aspen is available to meet on-site at HSU during the daytime. Her adoption fee is "pay what you can" and she comes with a bag of pet supplies selected by staff just for her. Come and see why Aspen has become a favorite amongst staff and volunteers alike!
