Meet Toasty, he is a husky mix, he is male, and he weighs 35lbs I have to get rid of my best friend, my soulmate, my spirit animal Toasty MaGhosty, the toaster strudel himself! Very sad about that but I’m sure someone else will love this happy pup as much as I do. Toast is a great family dog, very playful and loving. He grew up around two dogs his size and currently he lives with two very small dogs. He is very well trained because his my mom my ex girlfriend is a dog trainer. Toast can do a lot of cool things. My favorite trick is his rollover and on command he can walk in between my legs on walks. Toast is very food motivated! He will do anything you want if you have a nice treat or snack in hand. He is trained to be in his crate for extended periods of time, he doesn’t bark or cry in his crate. Toast actually prefers the comfort of his crate because I feed him in his crate every morning. He is also good to roam the house if you are comfortable with that, he is not destructive.

JAX'S OWNER IS LOSING THEIR HOME. UNFORTUNATELY THE DOGS IN THE HOME NEED NEW HOMES. JAX IS THE YOUNGEST IN THE HOUSEHOLD AT JUST UNDER A YEAR OLD. HE IS FULL HUSKY. HE IS AROUND OTHER DOGS HIS SIZE AND A CAT AND DOES WELL. HE IS CRATE AND HOUSE TRAINED. HE IS NEUTERED AND CURRENT ON VACCINES, BUT THEY WILL BE DUE AGAIN IN NOVEMBER. JAX NEEDS HIS NEW HOME BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER.

He is a bit whiny when taking baths but once he is reassured everything is ok he will calm down and even let his owner file his nails calmly. He is not very comfy with being left alone inside or outside but luckily he knows his crate can be a safe place when his owner is absent. He is not sterilized or microchipped however; is up to date on vaccinations.  He might take a short while to get used to his new home but once he knows he is loved he going to be ready for all the attention and love he needs. He will love to walk and run outside. He will love to be surrounded by people who will pet him and maybe he might even let you snuggle up with him. Akira loves to help out in the yard mostly chewing on sticks and rocks that might look scary…won’t you let him protect you from scary sticks and rocks? September 7, 2024, 5:10 pm

** COURTESY POST ** ** This animal is NOT at the Rowlett Animal Shelter, so please do not inquire with them ** ** For information contact Jessica at 469-508-6005 or j.lynnhill29@gmail.com ** This is Saki (but her given name at the shelter was Bonita which is still listed on her microchip). She is very sweet, non-aggressive. She was picked up as a stray and spent time in Garland Animal Shelter till she was adopted February 2, 2024. She loves getting her belly rubbed and ears scratched. She is very cuddly and has been an outstanding companion. She doesn't bark or bite/growl. She gets overly excited but after a few minutes she calms down and goes right to sleep. She is smart, she knows a few basic commands like "sit" and "lay down." It doesn't take long at all, she will make you fall in love with her and she will make you miss her when you're away.  September 7, 2024, 5:10 pm
