Story
I'm looking to rehome my dog, Shiloh. She’s a mixed breed who appears to have some pit bull in her. She’ll be 2 years old December 13th. I adopted her from Lubbock Animal Shelter in 2022. She had just had her back right leg amputated. When she arrived at the shelter, her leg was badly damaged, possibly due to being hit by a car. She is super affectionate and has been since the day I brought her home. She loves people and has done great at the doggie daycares she’s stayed at. She LOVES playing with other dogs. She’s been great around kids as well. Unfortunately, there have been a few incidents where she’s shown aggression towards my senior dog, the last time being this past week. I don’t want to cause any more stress or anxiety for Nellie (my senior dog). This is a tough decision and I love her dearly, but Shiloh would be better off in a home where she’s either the only dog or paired with a larger alpha dog. She’s around 35-40 pounds.

Story
Twice last year we took in a pregnant female from someone who did not have the ability to provide care. Hooligan and one of his brothers were taken in by a young family unable to care for a puppy, so them asked us to take them back. We have had him his whole life, minus a few weeks. He is 10 months old (Nov. 19, 2023), neutered, microchipped, current on his rabies shot, and is kennel trained. He has been consistently around children of every age range without a single issue (besides excitedly licking everyone!) Hoolie is a sweet, sweet boy, very affectionate, and loves to play with squeakies and tennis balls. He currently uses a doggy door to go outside, but will let you know if the doggy door is in and he has to go. Hoolie hasn't had much experience on a leash and harness, but is definitely smart enough to learn quickly if someone has the time to train him properly. We honestly would keep Hoolie if we had the time and resources to give him the life he deserves.

My brother left to college and wanted to keep him just cant. He is Well trained. Loves to shake and sit for snacks. Inside and outside dog. I can't keep him due to living arrangements

We rescue Zoey from another person who was evicted from her house, we were trying to keep her but we are having financial difficulties and we are not able to provide for her anymore. We are looking for a family that have the time to take her for a nice walk and be able to provide for her better than us.
