My name is Claddagh and I'm a beautiful 1.5yr old female German Shepherd mix gal. I'm located near Nashville TN and will be available for transport to my forever home. Quick Facts: Age - 1.5yrs old Home - ideally a home with a fenced in yard, no apartment or condo Kids - Fine with older kids (8+) Dogs - Great with large males Cats - NO cats 1. I had been in a shelter for a very long time with no interest in me. Thankfully the IDGSR peeps busted me out of the shelter and put me in the best foster home! They promised they would find me the best forever home. 2. I am very sweet, very demure, calm, very gentle. All of the best things a little lady should be. Even tho I am a very tall gal (might have some Dane mixed in my DNA), I am gentle and oh so loving. 3. My ideal home is with a loving person or family & with someone who will love me and give me the best life! If you have kids, I'd do best with ones over the age of 8yrs old. 4. It would be best to train me in basic & advanced obedience training. I'm smart and will learn anything you can teach me. Also, it will help us bond! 5. I have been consistently looked over for other dog but I know my perfect home is out there! I am the bestest girl, friendly with other dogs, loving, and would make the best family dog! 6. If you are looking for a loving, friendly, mellow, gentle, sweet, and amazing new companion - I'm your girl! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt? My name is Rachel and I'm the beautiful 3-5yr old female German Shepherd. I am located near Nashville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 3-5yr old Home - ideally a home with a fenced in yard, with proper exercise I would do okay in an apartment or condo Kids - Would do well with kids (10+) Dogs - Good with large males Cats - NO cats Training - Needs standard obedience training 1. You may notice in my pictures that I'm pretty thin but don't you worry, my foster mom is feeding me lots and lots of healthy & yummy food. I'll be at a healthy weight in no time! 2. I am sweet, affectionate, and starving for attention. I don't know what I did to deserve to be dumped but I am still open to love and trust from hoomans. 3. I would love to learn some obedience commands. I've heard it will help us bond and prove to everyone I'm the smartest and bestest girl around. If you have yummy treats, I'll catch on super quick. 4. I am friendly with other dogs! I would love to have a nice male pupper to play with in my new home. 5. I desperately want a loving family to call my own. If you have kids, I will do fine with ones over 10yrs old. 6. I do fine being in a crate and house training is going well. I would love to have a comfy bed to lounge on. 7.
