Story
Thursday is a 3 month-old Husky/Hound mix who currently weighs 12 lbs. When she looks up at you with those puppy eyes, you won`t be able to resist falling in love with her. Thursday loves squeaky toys, treats, and playing with other dogs. As with any puppy, she will benefit from continued positive reinforcement training as she learns her foundational manners and skills. She`s very treat motivated, which will help with training! Thursday might be small, but she has a big personality! When she gets excited, she can be a little mouthy. Due to this behavior, we are recommending that she go to a home with mature children only. Thursday is an energetic, affectionate girl who can`t wait to find her home!

Story
ZoeyFemaleAge: 2-3 yearsWeight: 72 lbsBreed: German Shepherd Hi, I’m Zoey! I’m an intelligent, curious, and sweet girl who’s ready to find my forever home!  I’m house trained, crate trained, and walk nicely on a leash. I do really well in my crate and don’t mind spending some time there to relax. I’ll bark now and then, just to let you know what’s going on — but nothing excessive. I’ve met a few other dogs in my foster home. I mostly do my own thing, but I can be a bit particular about which pups I vibe with so slow and gentle introductions to other dogs so I feel comfortable would be best. I haven’t been around cats or kids yet to know how I would do around them. I’m just learning what toys are — I’ve started to enjoy chewing on a bone, but I’m still figuring out what to do with things like balls. I love being petted and getting attention from my people. I also look pretty majestic if I do say so myself — I’ve got a shiny coat, and when I run in the yard, I glide like a total showstopper. I’m a smart girl with a lot of love to give, and I’m looking for someone who’s ready to share that with me. I have a lot of energy and would do best with an active family who can keep up with me and give me the mental and physical stimulation I need to thrive. If you’re looking for a loyal, active, and affectionate companion to have all to yourself, I just might be your perfect match. If you are interested in meeting Zoey apply to adopt her at www.causeforcanines.org Adoption fee: $350. Must be an Ohio resident & 23 or older. Children must be 5 or older. ##2346524##

Story
JulietFemaleAge: 1.5 yearsWeight: 54 lbsBreed: German Shepherd mixTrial Adoption Eligible Hi there! I’m Juliet—a smart, active girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. I’m alert, curious, and always up for some attention—whether it’s belly rubs, a game of fetch, or just hanging out with my favorite humans. I’m house trained, crate trained, and walk great on a leash (yep, I’m the full package!). I do need to be crated when left alone—just to keep me safe and out of mischief. I get along well with other dogs and love having playmates! When it comes to people, I’m still learning to trust—especially with men. I’ll need a patient, understanding home that’s committed to continuing my training and helping me build positive experiences. I’ve already come a long way and just need the right people to keep me moving forward. I know how to sit, love to cuddle after I’ve had my playtime, and enjoy being outside soaking up the world. I’m working on building confidence and learning that new friends—no matter their size or voice—can be kind and safe. I haven’t been around cats, so I’m not sure what I’d think of them and because I’m still working on my confidence, I’d do best in a home without children. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and fun-loving pup who’s ready for adventure and some personal growth, I might just be your girl! To help me find the perfect match, I’m eligible for Cause for Canines’ Trial Adoption Program! This gives approved adopters a chance to get to know me in their home before making things official. You must be an approved adopter to participate. If you are interested in meeting Juliet apply to adopt her at www.causeforcanines.org Adoption fee: $350. Must be an Ohio resident & 23 or older. Children must be 5 or older. ##2307553##
