Story
Lita was a surprise. My mom and brother gifted her to me on New Year's Eve in 2020. She was just about six weeks old at the time. She has been my companion/housemate/family over the years. I have always been fiercely protective of her, but have come to realize that I'm simply not providing the quality of life she deserves. I work and go to school full-time. We currently live in a small house together, where she has limited opportunity to be outside. She's naturally energetic and LOVES to play. I don't have the opportunity to meet her needs as often lately. She is EXTREMELY affectionate. Since she was a baby she has loved to sit on my lap...she's not necessarily lap dog sized - but as far as she's concerned that doesn't mean she can't be a lap dog. She loves to cuddle, and she's a big kisser! She also enjoys laying next to people she loves in bed or on the couch. She's an expert communicator as well. She vocalizes needs and grunts at you when she wants something. She's an amazing dog

Story
Bear is an adventurous 1 year old copper Siberian Husky, rescued at just 5.5 weeks old from a box at Haynes Park in the fall of 2023. Shes a friendly and submissive dog who, despite being skittish around new dogs, warms up quickly and becomes playful after about 15 minutes. Bear is non-aggressive and rarely barks, except when left alone for long periods. Shes decent on a leash and knows commands like stay, sit, shake, and lay down. Bear is crate trained and loves playing fetch and enjoys running around during hikes in the mountains and at the Mesa, often roaming nearby before returning. Bear is great with kids of all ages, though she has yet to meet a cat. Her playful nature includes digging, chewing, and burying things, and she has a tendency to explore if given the chance, but she always comes back home. She is a happy dog looking for a loving home that can provide her with the attention and companionship she deserves.
