Story
Young, single male looking for long term commitment and love! About me: I crave approval and affection. I'm willing to give you my all if you can give me a little patience and time to get to know you. I am very social and friends with all the dogs at the park! I even like cats. I'm happy to go out anywhere, anytime or just chill and snuggle on the couch. I'm not a picky eater and am always grateful for a good meal. I love treats but prefer affection from my people even more. I am a protector of my home and pack. I really wish to please so I listen well and learn quickly. All of my human foster family agree that I'm sweet, charming, and smart - a total catch! Why am I am still available after almost a year of searching? I've been actively improving myself for months with leash manners and socialization with humans. I do have a microchip and am up to date on all vaccinations. The assets I'll come with are a kennel, bed, toys, clothes, and food. Let's meet!

Story
Meet Champ, a playful and intelligent 5 year old German Shepherd, who’s eager to find his forever home. Champ may not be the best at walking through the kennel, but he’s perfectly fine with being leashed up. Once outside, he instantly potties and enjoys his time in the yard. It might take him a little while to warm up, but once he does, he’s a bundle of joy. Champ loves all toys, and he especially enjoys playing fetch with a frisbee. He even brings it back!Champ knows several commands including sit, down, paw, drop it, come, high five, stay, and heel. He’s a quick learner and loves to show off his skills. He’s comfortable being petted even with a toy in his mouth, showing his gentle nature.Champ is currently in foster care with a family experienced with German Shepherds, who are working with him on his reactivity. He has shown some frustration around other dogs, likely due to a lack of socialization, but there’s no hackling or aggressive lunging—just talking and barking. Through the kennel panel, he’s been exposed to Yorkies and German Shepherds, and his reaction is the same with both: a lot of vocalizing no aggression.Despite his reactivity between kennel fences, Champ walks back to his kennel with ease, showing no reactivity. His foster family says he’s doing great and is a wonderful dog. He’s ready to find a loving home where he can continue to thrive. If you’re looking for a smart, playful, and loving companion, Champ is the perfect match for you. Come meet him and see how much joy he can bring into your life.

Story
Meet Raven, a spirited 1-year-old German Shepherd who was found as a stray on 9/24/24. This energetic pup is looking for a home with German Shepherd experience, where she can get the exercise and mental stimulation she needs.Initially, Raven was quite high-energy, jumping up to greet us. But after a quick potty break, she calmed down. She absolutely loves playing with balls and does pretty well on a leash. When she spotted Goldie on the other side of the fence, she had her hackles up but was otherwise relaxed, even helicopter tailing. They soon started running the fence together, showing her playful side.Raven also met Bryan and immediately tried to engage him in play.Raven would thrive in a home with other playful dogs. When introduced to a cat, Raven was curious but cautious. After a cat hissed and charged at her, she quickly retreated, indicating she may do well with cats given proper introductions.Due to her size and tendency to jump, Raven would be best suited for a home with older kids. Come meet her!

Story
Meet Gia, a stunning 3-year-old White German Shepherd with a heart as pure as her snowy coat. Gia was found wandering as a stray in St. Paul on 9/27/24, and she`s been looking for a loving, patient home ever since.Gia is a bit of a nervous Nellie, especially around new people and men. Her kennel doesn`t do her justice, so please don`t judge her based on her behavior there. She`s a sensitive soul who needs time and gentle encouragement to come out of her shell.Gia is best suited for an adult-only family experienced with German Shepherds. She thrives in a calm, understanding environment where she can feel safe and secure. Once Gia feels comfortable, she walks beautifully on a leash and loves to explore her surroundings at her own pace. She`s a curious girl who enjoys investigating new things, but always on her terms.Gia is looking for a special home where she can build trust and blossom into the confident, loving companion she was meant to be. Could you be the patient, experienced family that Gia needs?Gia has a sweet disposition and a big heart. She’s a spirited girl who loves to be active! Whether it’s going for a long walk or chasing a ball, she’s in her element when she’s on the move.Gia is smart and learns quickly. She’ll thrive with someone who enjoys working with her and can keep up with her playful spirit. Gia walks well on the leash and even stops and sits when you stop walking. She already knows commands like `sit,` `down,` and `paw, While she enjoys meeting new people, Gia needs slow introductions to new dogs and can be reactive on the leash, so patience is key. Gia is potty trained and has not had any accidents in the house.
