Story
++++ PLEASE NOTE - we are now working towards finding a FOSTER caregiver for SHIR for upto 6 weeks. Shir's owner needs to focus on their personal human health. While heartbroken, owner cannot sustain keeping her dog Shir at this moment.... A little more about SHIR, a female pit bull dog... Blue nose pitty with some Brindle /Staffordshire mix. Shir has been in a top quality boarding place for 2 months and worked with the other dogs there... Shir is now is with an experienced dog owner friend who also owns a pitty. Here is what the current caregiver texted about Shir... "She is very affectionate, a ton of personality. Loves to watch TV and cuddle together. She is easy to love, and if you earn her trust she will return to you with so much love" Up to date on shots, etc. Ideal safe place for Shir.... is with mostly male dogs. Not so great with female dogs. Good with Kids. Caregiver will need to be assertive with her.

Story
OJ is a one-year-old, energetic and loving dog. He loves playing fetch, going on walks, splashing with the water hose, and even enjoys bath time. His friendly, happy nature will bring a smile to your face every day. OJ is crate trained and has mastered the sit command. He's still working on controlling his excitement, sometimes jumping up or crying when left alone, but he's making great progress. OJ can get bored when left alone, so keeping him in his crate when you're out helps prevent chewing. His favorite toy is a ball, and he loves puzzle toys to keep him entertained. OJ thrives on attention and would do best in a home where he can be an active, integral part of the family. Take him on your hikes, trips to the beach, and other adventures. He's had experience living in an apartment and is potty trained, using a crate to help him hold it until his outdoor breaks. He eats twice a day, enjoys daily walks, and loves spending time outdoors. OJ prefers sleeping inside but is adaptable.

Story
Mando was a rescue, his previous owner passed away. We got him when I moved up here to the mountain and he was my companion and hiking buddy. He suffers from separation anxiety, as I became pregnant with twins and unable to keep taking him for walks he tried his best to stay bu my side. He is driven by food at first and once he bonds with you he is driven by love and affection. He needs an alpha energy type and is playful yet forgets his size sometimes. He wants to be a lap dog and is protective is he feels his pack is under attack. He loves belly rubs, patting on the head, scratches behind the ear and don’t let his appearance full you, he is a fur ball with too s of fur. He loves kisses and is the sweetest with my 1 1/2 year old twins but I can mo longer be his forever home. He needs a little of love, exercise, and structure.
