JoDee's owner passed away recently. She is ready to love her next family! She was his faithful companion. Jodee is old enough to be very well behaved and still young enough to be playful and funny. Great as personal, family, or pet for the elderly as she knows not to get under foot. JoDee loved all the caregivers! Temperament: Smart, gentle, sweet, non-aggressive, onduty while mild mannered towards all people including children. DISLIKES CATS (nonstop barking) AND AGGRESSIVE DOGS. Housebroken 18+ hours with no accidents. Walks well on a leash, never lunges or tugs Loves fuzzy toys, non-destructive towards furniture/items Up to date with all her medical, vaccines including dental Eats special allergy dog food, takes 1 allergy med per day along with monthly flea, tick and heart worm prevention. We can provide a 6 month supply of her specialty food, allergy medication and flea, tick and heart worm prevention

Story
Delilah is a sweet, loving, and intelligent dog. I adopted her from a shelter in Killeen, TX back in January 2021. When I got her they estimated she was about 2. She is very healthy, at a perfect weight. I believe she’s a Indian Pariah Dog I’m looking to find Delilah a new family is because she spends a lot of her time locked up. She doesn’t like to be left out of her crate. Also, I’m starting to travel more for work, so it’s becoming a challenge. She can be a little territorial about her cage, but only when she’s in it and a stranger walks near it. Also, if a stranger walks towards us she’ll lunge, unless they have a dog and she wants to play. She’s ok on the leash, but not perfect. These can be resolved with basic training or changes (like getting her comfortable with staying out of the crate). I could write a million good things about her, but want to be transparent about the challenges. It deeply saddens me that I need to re-home her but I want her to have the best life.

At night, she claims her rightful place in the very heart of the bed, wedged snugly between her two favorite humans, basking in their warmth and adoration. Ever devoted, even when not serving as the filling in this human-canine sandwich, Hazel can be found faithfully holding vigil on the floor between her people. In Hazel, one finds a tranquil, undemanding companion - a true treasure whose mere presence soothes the soul and fills the heart with unbridled affection.

Miss Iris is 2 years old, spayed, and current on all vaccines and preventions. Iris was found running in and out of traffic and was deathly skinny. Since being in a safe and constant environment she has blossomed into the most loving and happy girl! Iris is potty trained, leash trained, good with other dogs and loves people of all ages! We look forward to hearing from you!
