Story
Hi my name is Merida as in the movie Brave. I am about 3-4 years old and my parents are downsizing to an RV. I really don’t want to live in such a small place and I am looking for a new home. I currently eat purina one salmon cat food. I love tuna but I only eat a little bit.

These pups are in Houston, Texas too!

Story
Meet Pichu, a mature feline with a personality as unique as her name. She’s a self-sufficient cat, needing little attention but offering much in return. Pichu’s mellow nature makes her an excellent companion for those seeking a calm presence in their home. She prefers to be around people that she knows, as strangers can be a bit scary. Pichu tends to be on the shy side, often found enjoying her own company in a quiet corner. But don’t let her shyness fool you, once she warms up, Pichu has a lot of love to give to those she trusts. Pichu’s independence and tranquility make her the perfect pet for someone who appreciates a laid-back companion who can also hold their own. Adopt Pichu and discover the joy of a serene feline friendship. Pichu’s story starts with love—a bond between a woman and her cat, facing the challenges of life together, even while unhoused. This woman adored Pichu, giving her everything she could: proper meals, a cozy outfit to ward off the cold, a nice collar, and even an AirTag to make sure she never got lost. When her owner became ill, she made the brave decision to go to the hospital for care and took Pichu with her. But hospitals aren’t set up for cats, no matter how loved they are. Pichu was separated from her mom and sent to BARC, Houston’s City animal shelter.

Story
If you would like more information about Wei Link or are interested in adopting her, please send an email to lee.passiel@gmail.com This pet was found abandoned at an apartment complex near NRG stadium. Though she had a collar and looked to be in a healthy condition, when taken tom a nearby clinic, she was found to not be microchipped. I have since had her vaccinated and spayed. Wei Ling is litter box trained and good with other cats (after an adjustment period). She has a bob tail and reminds me of a bunny rabbit because when she runs, she kind of hops a little, lol it’s so cute. Wei Ling can be a tad spicy and has been known to hiss or bite if she doesn’t like something (mainly when it comes to getting her nails clipped or has been held for too long). She is still a very sweet girl who sets boundaries. She seems to prefer dry food but loves all treats. LOVES chin scratches and will run to her human when she is ready for pets. I am looking to rehome Wei Ling because of a lack of space in my 1-bedroom apartment. Although she gets along great with my Siamese, I believe she may enjoy being in an only cat household, or a space that is bigger so that she can spread out more and be the queen of her home. Story
Hi I’m Gepetta and I’m a kitten on the go! I have things to do and places to explore. I do enjoy a snuggle but only after I’ve had a good play session. I am very curious and friendly with older dogs and cats. If you’re looking for a kitty with a little spark, I’m your girl. I play very well with my sister, Teeny. We are practically inseparable and I would loveeee to find our new family together! Link to application: https://www.animaljusticeleague.org/pets/cats/recD0zMOXTKDYfYKK/adopt
