Persian kittens & cats in Wake Forest, North Carolina

It is with a heavy heart that I write this post. We are looking to rehome our beautiful Persian boy, Potato. He is incredibly sweet and affectionate and has been a wonderful companion. We recently had our first child and with all the baby care on top of 2 parents with full time jobs, Potato just isn't getting the love and affection he needs. We think this has contributed to a lot of anxiety and he is now urinating outside the litterbox occasionally. He would do well in a home where he can get copious amounts of pets and brushes, probably without small children (he is sweet and loving but needs a lot of your attention). Unsure how he does with other cats but has done fine with our dog. He is about 12 years old (rescued so not entirely sure but estimated to be about 4 years in 2017) and only known health problem is crystals in urine that is well controlled on prescription urinary diet. We're located in Durham, NC but willing to meet the right person where they are.
