Hi, I’m Otter. I started my journey in Lemoore, CA with my mom and five siblings—yes, there were six of us! When we were just tiny babies, we made our way to San Diego to grow up safe and loved with Smittens. All of my siblings have found their homes, and now it’s finally my turn to find my perfect match.I’m a playful, goofy little kitten who loves to chase toys, wrestle, and stay busy. I’d have the best time with another young kitty to play with—I’ve always had siblings around, and I really thrive with a buddy by my side.I can be a tiny bit shy when I first meet new people, but give me about 15–30 minutes and I’ll warm up quickly.Once I feel comfortable, my fun and affectionate personality really shines. I enjoy pets (when I can sit still long enough!) and love to fall asleep on or near my humans after a good play session.I’ve met kids before and do well, especially when they’re gentle and respectful. Loud noises can make me a little nervous, so I appreciate a calmer environment where I can feel safe and confident.What makes me special? My fluffy coat and my natural talent for striking adorable poses—when I actually pause long enough, I’m quite the little model.My perfect home would be a calm but social environment with lots of interaction, plenty of toys, and ideally another playful kitty to keep me company. I’m looking for a family who will enjoy my energy, give me a little time to settle in, and then watch me blossom into a fun, loving companion.If you’re looking for a playful, slightly silly kitten who will keep you entertained and then curl up nearby for a nap, I might just be your Otter half.Young kittens are adopted in pairs or to a home with another playful kitty.
