Story
Sparkle came in to rescue from a hoarder/breeding situation. Sparkle is a gentle quiet 11 pound, 3-4 year old Pekingese. Sparkle never knew how to be a family member and lived outside her whole life, she so wants to be loved and cuddle with a person. She is very afraid of loud noises and chaos, would do best in a quiet less active home. She had never lived in a house, working on housetraining. Needs a fenced yard, just learning a leash. The thick double coat of the Pekingese requires a good bit of maintenance. Pekingese shed seasonally. Brushing him at least one hour per week will help to remove loose hairs and prevent matting, and an occasional bath will help to keep him looking his best. Mats or tangles can be gently worked out with a slicker brush or metal comb. As with all breeds, the nails should be trimmed regularly, as overly long nails can cause the dog discomfort. Spayed, up to date on vaccines, micro chipped, health check' located in southern Idaho transport is provided to approved home within the Pacific northwest. Lewis is a little bigger than his friends Lois and Clark. He is cautious of big dogs. He plays very well with small dogs. He loves to play and walks well on a leash. Loves toys and getting lots of rubs. He was very scared when he first came to the ranch. He has blossomed and become very confident and affectionate. He will be great with a family. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. He is located in the Texas Hill Country. He would love to travel anywhere in the US or Canada. ##2088929##
