If you know Sassy the way we know Sassy, it will be love at first sight. Our little lady is a 9-year-old Pekinese mix at around 17 pounds and full of love. She has lots of hopes and dreams to be the best canine companion she can be to her forever family. There are no small dreams for Sassy because she dreams big. Sassy has spunk and energy to entertain you or to just hang out as your cuddly friend. She has a medium energy level, so she is a good balance of active times and rest and relaxation times. A lap dog extraordinaire, Sassy is ready to embrace her life of love and happiness. With her friendly demeanor, she welcomes other dogs, children and cats. Pekingese mixes are known to be loyal, affectionate, and confident. They generally love attention and like to be close to their human family. They are alert and watchful letting their owners know if someone is coming. Sassy knows how to impress and impress she does with having already learned her house training. She is ready to start off right with taking her learned skill into her new home. She is currently working on leash and crate training. Although she is housetrained, it is important to remember that accidents can occur while adjusting to a new home environment. She will thrive with structure and routine with her new family. When given time and commitment for Sassy to engage in regular exercise, continued training and lots of socialization, Sassy will blossom and be the best canine companion she can be. Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.These 2 boys were put out into the street by their previous owners and picked up by our very high kill animal control shelter here in San Antonio, TX I just do not understand why because they are very good boys, well mannered and quiet and very potty trained as well as crate trained and can be left home alone without bothering anything. CHARLIE & CARTER are brothers that are 4 years old with CHARLIE being the biggest at 17 pounds and CARTER is 14 pounds. I would love for the them to be adopted together as they have spent their entire life together and really love each other and enjoy playing with each other. VERY BONDED PAIR Their adoption fee is $400 each. They walk very well on a leash and ride in the car without getting sick. Just two well behaved dogs that deserve a loving home.
