He was loved and well cared for until his Owner’s dementia interfered with caring for both of them. He is now fostered with several dogs and a bit overwhelmed but doing well, he wouldn’t mind being an only child again. He likes showing off his tricks and being the center of attention. Toby likes going on walks and car rides. Breed guess is Pekingese & Jack Russel Mix. Just 18 lbs with an irresistible fluffy curly tail. Age guess is 5-6 years old. *Eligible for travel by Southwest Airlines with SWATT Volunteers - he would leave from HOU Hobby **Van transport by AJC Rescue & Transport included in adoption fee.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Fluffy! Fluffy is a charming male Pekingese mix who’s ready to find his forever home. Born around February 5, 2022, and weighing 11 pounds, Fluffy was dumped outside the Spay and Neuter Network Clinic to fend for himself.  We don't know what his past was like, but he appears to have been treated pretty bad at one time.   Fluffy is cautious around new people, but he’s a loyal companion once he knows he’s safe. With a few tasty snacks and a little patience, he will quickly warm up and show his affectionate side. He does best in a calm, child-free environment and enjoys the company of other dogs and his favorite toys. Fully vetted, Fluffy has received a ProHeart 6 vaccine, offering heartworm prevention until February 22, 2025. He is potty trained and walks great on a leash, making him a well-rounded companion. Giselle and Honey are a bonded pair of happy outgoing little 7 lb. dogs. They are approximately 2 years old. Giselle appears to be a miniature Schnauzer mix and Honey is a Pekinese mix. They play very well together and with other dogs of all sizes. Giselle will chase cats. They are escape artists and will need a secure fence in the yard. They love people and are in constant search of a warm lap or soft pillow. Prefer someone that works from home or is home most of the time. . Your application will be reviewed by our team and if it is a good fit, we will send to the foster family to set up a meet!
