Giselle and Honey are a bonded pair of happy outgoing little 7 lb. dogs. They are approximately 2 years old. Giselle appears to be a miniature Schnauzer mix and Honey is a Pekinese mix. They play very well together and with other dogs of all sizes. Giselle will chase cats. They are escape artists and will need a secure fence in the yard. They love people and are in constant search of a warm lap or soft pillow. Prefer someone that works from home or is home most of the time. . He was loved and well cared for until his Owner’s dementia interfered with caring for both of them. He is now fostered with several dogs and a bit overwhelmed but doing well, he wouldn’t mind being an only child again. He likes showing off his tricks and being the center of attention. Toby likes going on walks and car rides. Breed guess is Pekingese & Jack Russel Mix. Just 18 lbs with an irresistible fluffy curly tail. Age guess is 5-6 years old. *Eligible for travel by Southwest Airlines with SWATT Volunteers - he would leave from HOU Hobby **Van transport by AJC Rescue & Transport included in adoption fee.

Born: July 28, 2023 I am 12lbs and I am looking for my forever home. Adoption Donation: $550 All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Meet Frodo, a 10 year old, male Lhapso Apso! He is a super sweet dog who is good with other dogs. He was found as a stray and was not reclaimed. He weighs about 13 lbs and would be a great companion for someone who is home most of the time. He walks well on leash. Frodo is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, fecal and heartworm tested negative. He does have a grade 5 out of 6 heart murmur but does not have any clinical symptoms which warrant him being on any meds for this. Honey is a sweet, affectionate Lhasapoo puppy with lots of love to give! She has warm hazel eyes, a soft brown nose, a very waggy tail! We named her Honey because it suited her cuteness and personality so well! She was born on 6/16/24. As a breeder release puppy, she is getting used to being in a safe home for the first time. She has warmed up quickly to people, and absolutely loves being held. She will fall asleep in your arms if you hold her for a few minutes! She is very playful and loves chasing around her foster brother, another breeder release puppy. She likes to paw at you when she is ready to play! She has not been around children, but we think she would do very well. Honey is ready to find her perfect person or family, who has lots of loves and snuggles to give! She is up to date on shots, de-wormed, micro-chipped and fecal tested negative. The adoption fee covers her spay at 6 months of age with one of our approved vet clinics.
