Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Hi, my name is Mork, I'm almost 7 months old male Pekingese and I weigh around 13lbs. My foster mom likes to call me her miniature fluffy silver-back gorilla. I have a ‘Napoleon complex’ according to my foster mom. I will play with dogs of any size and am not afraid to try to steal my big brother’s toy or chase him for it. I am very playful and active, so would do well with another dog to play with preferably my size or larger. I love treats but can be stubborn. I am a smart boy and learn fast. I am not 100% potty trained but if brought outside often I am very good. I love to run around in the rain but do not like baths. I need someone willing to train me on a leash and how to be the bestest boy I can be! Our walks should be  shorter and during cooler times of the day too to avoid me overheating or having breathing difficulties. I would probably do well with a small fenced yard or a patio area with some grass to hang out together with you. I'm ready to become your best pal.  Like all Peke pups I will need good grooming/brushing to prevent matting and daily care for facial folds after meals. Since I'm still a puppy I will need to continue my training and socialization. If you live in the Central Florida (Orlando) area and think you would be the perfect forever home for Mork, we'd love to find out more about you. Please fill in our adoption application and let us know more about your family.February 16, 2025, 5:57 pm

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Hi my name is Baxter aka ‘the lil prince.’I am a boy, am almost 7mos old, and weigh around 7-8lbs. I am not as outgoing as my siblings and prefer to sit and observe. My bestest buddy is my biggest brother Harvey (100 lb boxer). He is a senior boy who has difficulty walking and just likes to lay there. I love to cuddle with him, give him tons of kisses, and will even clean his ears if he lets me. Harvey lets me know if I am being too much and I will then just sit next to him because I love him so much. My foster mom said she was jealous because when I came home from the vet after being neutered he was the first one I wanted to go see. When I go outside I mostly like to stay near mom or follow Harvey around if he is out with us. I try to get her to pick me up and hold me because I am too good for the ground. She says I have perfected the side-eye judgy look especially when she tries to give me a lot of kisses. I don’t like to give kisses myself because lil princes receive affection they do not give it! I will wrestle sometimes with my brothers but I am not overly playful and more low key. When I go out I have my special ‘private’ area to do my business. I do well in a bath if you let me rest my head up against you and cuddle me during it. I am still working on potty training but I assure you that you will never actually see me doing it. I can be very stubborn and need someone who is stronger willed than I am to teach me how to walk on a leash and other good boy things.
