Story
APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. (Shayne's Rescue is an affiliate with PetCentralSATX). If there are problems with the website, please email me for help. SKIPPY is the cutest ever. We think he could some Pekinese…maybe some Yorkie…not sure. He weighs 11#s and probably won’t grow much bigger. We estimate his DOB to be 12/1/23… 1 yr old. He is personality plus. He is totally in love with squeaky toys. If you have one and he knows it, he will do anything to get it. He plays so cute and runs in circles with the other dogs with gusto. He gets along with all the dogs and my 3 cats. Skippy is VERY agile…and thinks that every chair is his to sleep on… the bed would be good too, if I allowed it. Instead, he found my overstuffed recliner and not only slept on it…but slept on the very top… like a cat!!! He’s so adorable. I have had him professionally groomed which is something I recommend at least 2 or 3 times a year. He came in looking like a rag-a-muffin…hair all over. Now… he's as cute as a button and he feels so much better. The groomer said he was a very good boy and very easy to groom. He is basically a quiet dog…not a yapper…just barks if the other dogs bark. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. If you have any questions or would like an e-mail from us as to how all of this works, text me (Terry); identify the dog's name and give me your email address... 210-394-6060. You can also go to our Facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/Pet-Central-SATX-866684826744181/ and LIKE us to help us out. After we review your application, we will contact you, and you'll have the opportunity to find out more from the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at petcentralsatx@gmail.com. This is ONLY if you have problems applying. If you have not applied, you will not receive a response so please only email if you have any issues applying. Adoption Fees The adoption fee includes transportation to the NE. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Also, one application is good even if you are interested in several different dogs...one application no matter which one you choose. Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.

Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet. These 2 boys were put out into the street by their previous owners and picked up by our very high kill animal control shelter here in San Antonio, TX I just do not understand why because they are very good boys, well mannered and quiet and very potty trained as well as crate trained and can be left home alone without bothering anything. CHARLIE & CARTER are brothers that are 4 years old with CHARLIE being the biggest at 17 pounds and CARTER is 14 pounds. I would love for the them to be adopted together as they have spent their entire life together and really love each other and enjoy playing with each other. VERY BONDED PAIR Their adoption fee is $400 each. They walk very well on a leash and ride in the car without getting sick. Just two well behaved dogs that deserve a loving home. If you are interested in adopting them, please submit an application on the website below. Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org   ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         November 7, 2024, 5:10 am
