Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Beau Background Beau came to us with all his siblings from an animal hoarder's home in California. He is the last of his litter who needs a home. Beau is neutered and up to date. What Beau Needs Beau is a Jack Russell-Papillon mix, also known as a Papi-Jack. Initially shy, he warms up quickly to a sweet and loving 4-year-old boy. Beau needs a woman-only home as he is used to living in an all-female household and doesn't do well with men. He requires a yard for sunning and potty and prefers to have 1-2 dog friends to thrive, as he has had other dogs around him his entire life. Beau was rescued from a hoarding situation and is accustomed to being part of a larger dog group, so having a friend or two is critical to his well-being. Beau needs an adult-only home. He does not like children or grandchildren, as they scare him and may bite. Beau prefers women to men, but with patience and proper socializing, he will become friendly with the man in the home (if there is one). If you're looking for a lover boy who wants to be with you everywhere, is super playful, and loves having a buddy dog to be close to, Beau is your boy. He has a medium-long, soft, and silky fur coat and does best when he is kept well-groomed, brushed, and bathed. Beau adores being clean and brushed and loves attention, being talked to, and hugged. He is housebroken but has also learned to use a Peepad as a backup if needed.  Beau is intelligent, lovingly gentle, and protective. He becomes very close to his particular person. Beau does become a watchdog if you have company, so he will need a nice, quiet place to retire to if you have guests and people he has not been adequately introduced to in the home. He prefers to be around only 1-2 people and becomes a lap dog, hugger, and kisser once he knows he can trust his humans. Beau likes all small dogs he has met and has done well with a few older lab puppies we have brought in, engaging them in play.  Due to Jack Russell's prey drive, Beau is a healthy boy but needs a dog friend and a small-animal-free home. He has cleaned the house of visiting mice and moles on the rescue property. How To Adopt Beau   Please use the link below to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for this pup.  The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Benji the Miniature Pinscher-Chihuahua mix Background Benji , a sweet and shy 4-year-old boy, was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Arizona, where he was found in a box with his two siblings, abandoned on the shelter's counter. After being rescued, Benji and his siblings were nurtured back to health in a foster home. With time, Benji has become more outgoing, enjoys walking, and truly embraces life. However, he is still very shy around new people. Benji's past has made him cautious, and he now needs a person who can provide him with the patience, unconditional love, and understanding he deserves in a loving home. From Benjis foster "Benji is a sensitive sweetheart who is still recovering from past trauma and is a little afraid of new situations. He is affectionate and will gently paw at you to ask for head massages and back scratches. Benji is a fast walker and could accompany a jogger on short distances. He has great energy and also loves his downtime, so he enjoys cuddling up next to you on the couch. He loves his toys and his foster family. Benji needs an adult-only home, without children, cats, or other small animals. Someone who works from home and has experience with rescued, fearful dogs would be ideal."   Benji  has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition for her and her new buddies. To apply to adopt Benji, he has a $595.00 adoption fee.  All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs.  Please fill out the online application using this link.  Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we get to know you and can make the best match.      https ://rompinpawsrescue.com  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 4:31 pm

Nyssa is a unique combination of knowing and gentle, yet solid and fragile, feisty and self-possessed. Her young age and vulnerability present a unique opportunity for you to play a crucial role in her growth and learning. Finding the right family now would be a fantastic step in this journey. Nyssa is shy when meeting new folks but warms up with trust. She would thrive with an active family that can train her to harness, lead, and take her on many adventures. Nyssa has a long back and medium-short legs. Her body is solid and muscular, indicating her potential as a trial hunting and agility course dog. Imagine the fun and adventure you could have with her!
