Story
Meet Angel's baby Jude aka Benny. He went to what we thought was his forever home and they basically ignored his every need and traumatized him by keeping him crated way too much. This baby was born June 13th 2023. He is fostered in West TN but can be transported as far north as northern CT. Benny is coming out of his shell. He is fantastic! Benny progress. In 1 week he went from being terrified to ride to looking forward to his rides. He kennels into his seat for restraints, but we haven't tried kennel into his crate again yet. If you remember, he has crate anxiety. My hopes are that associating the rides he loves into his crate time will teach him that crate time is fun time for him. Benny did the cutest thing yesterday. I wasn't getting his harness and leash on him fast enough. He attempted to jump off our bench into the harness. I might could teach him to jump through hoops with this knowledge. Benny is eager to please. Benny is available for adoption. He is fully house trained and crate trained. He is borderline high energy. Exercise and interaction is a positive for him. If you are interested in adopting, please visit funnyfarmpets.org where you can read all about our TN based rescue and how the adoption and transport process works and you can submit the application athttps://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FFRR/Dog You can also see videos of the pups on our FB page at https://www.facebook.com/mcbfunnyfarmrescue/ Adoption fee is $250 which helps to cover all of the vetting and transport is an additional $200

He is also microchipped. Oscar is currently living in a home with other dogs. He does well with other dogs, but would LOVE another dog to wrestle with safely. He would also love being the only canine member of the household. We don't know how he is with cats, a family with older children would be great as well. Story
Cody, a 2-year-old, 45-lb terrier mix (Border/Parson's Russell/?), has lived with us for 3 months. The family before us adopted him as a three-month-old puppy but had to rehome him due to their child's allergies. He is a great loose-leash walker, he does NOT counter surf, he loves all dogs - several neighborhood dogs come to play, he is extremely social, he seems comfortable with cats, he loves to play and I will miss his playful antics. Playing keep-away is his favorite; would play that all day if I let him! We can not keep him because we are not equipped to train him well enough not to be rough/jump on our grandchildren under age 5. He is crate-trained and readily goes in the crate for daytime naps and overnight. He would be a great dog for someone experienced with Terriers, maybe someone on a farm who would like a dog for chores. He is food-motivated and trains easily for most requests other than jumping (he is small - 45 lbs - so not an issue for many), and going near his food bowl
