Story
Meet Scottie, a lively 9-month-old Papillon mix. His youthful spirit is as boundless as his love for play! He's a bundle of energy, always ready to chase a ball or explore new toys. Yet, he's also the perfect cuddle companion, with a sweetness that shines through his long/wavy black coat. Scottie's friendly nature makes him the perfect playmate for other pets! Despite his small size, weighing just 15 lbs., his heart is big, but it's due to his petite size, that children in the home should be older than ten years or have experience handling small dogs. Adopt Scottie and you'll gain not just a pet, but a loyal friend, a playmate, and a source of unconditional love and joy. Why should you adopt Scottie? Because everyone deserves a friend who will love them unconditionally, and Scottie is ready to be that friend! (ME, 12/14/24)**It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption fee: $395 covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip, and an Alabama State Health Certificate. Transport, if needed, is $160. We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. Adoption fees for Hope dogs and those who have been at rescue for prolonged amounts of time are reduced to $150 plus a $100 transport fee, as notated in their listings.December 15, 2024, 5:32 pm

Story
Serena is 9 years old and she is a wonderful dog. She loves to cuddle and just be apart of the family. She is also content with just hanging out by herself. She listens very well and doesn’t bark very often. She is also good with kids as long as they don’t jump on her and hurt her. (As she is small. Only 9lbs)
