Meet Sonny, also known as Chicken Nugget, a 6-month-old sweetheart who is equal parts adorable, loyal, and just a little bit sensitive in the cutest way.
Sonny is 100% potty trained and crate trained, making him an easy addition to a home that’s ready for a young pup. He’s still very much a puppy, learning about the world one step at a time, and new adventures can feel a little scary for him at first. Because of that, Sonny thrives when he has another confident dog by his side. Having a dog friend isn’t just a bonus for him, it’s his number one requirement. He looks to other dogs for comfort, guidance, and play, and truly comes out of his shell when he has a buddy.
This sweet boy has a gentle, loving nature and bonds deeply with his people. Once he feels safe, he’ll happily follow you around and soak up all the affection you have to give. He does best in an active home where he can continue building confidence, explore, and play. Sonny is not suited for apartment living and will need a home with space to move and a family committed to giving him the exercise and structure a young pup needs.
