Story
Rocket is a male, born 5/18/24, Norwegian Elkhound/Poodle mix pup. He came to us as an owner surrender and is the sweetest boy! He was vet checked on intake and started his vaccines and deworming. Rocket is rather young so he is good with kids, cats and dogs. Please understand that he is a puppy, so socialization, housebreaking and basic obedience will need to be continued in the new forever home - board members will be available for any advice as needed. To meet Rocket, please FIRST apply on our website for approval: https://www.theroadhomeanimalproject.org/companion-adoption-form-pdf.htmlRocket's adoption fee is $450, which includes his deworming, neuter at our vet (when of age), vaccines (which include DHLPPC, Lyme, Bordetella & Rabies) and microchip with lifetime registration. If you are out of area and the pup is too young to be altered at time of adoption, adoption fee will be less, and you will be contracted to complete vetting with proof being provided to the rescue.*Note: please DO NOT apply if you are unsure about adopting a puppy. Yes, they are adorable and fun, but they also require a lot of work and full commitment by all family members. Thank you!***100% of adoption fees go back to the animals and help provide for medical care for our rescues that need specialized medical care and surgeries. Please remember that we are a board of entirely volunteers that have full time jobs as well as our rescue passion. So, be patient with us and check out our Facebook page for more information and photo updates:facebook.com/trhap2014You can visit our website at theroadhomeanimalproject.org
