FOREVER HOME NEEDED (currently in foster care) Meet Mia! Mia is a 2-year-old, 56 lb Pyrenees/Malinois mix who is currently thriving in her foster home and now ready to find the perfect forever family! Mia is an incredibly sweet, loyal, and people-oriented girl. She loves being with her humans and would be happiest in a home where someone is around often or can take her along for adventures. She’s affectionate, cuddly, forms deep bonds, and just wants to be part of everything her people do. Mia needs a standalone home with a yard (no apartments or condos) or a large property/land to run, play, and explore. This girl loves stretching her legs! Mia is fantastic with other dogs and absolutely loves to play — fetch, chase, wrestling, toys… you name it, she’s in! A doggy sibling would be a huge bonus for her. She’s also extremely food motivated, which makes training fun and easy. She’s very smart and has an impressive list of tricks: she knows sit, down, lay down, shake, come, spin, and even crawl. She’s so clever she can even open jars! Mia will thrive in a home that keeps her both physically active and mentally stimulated. She’s an enthusiastic eater with some adorable quirks — her favorite fruit is apple, and her favorite veggie is celery! Mia can be a bit attention-seeking at times, so she needs adopters who can give her plenty of engagement, structure, and affection. She could do well with respectful, dog-savvy kids 12+ and needs a home with no cats. Overall, Mia is an amazing, fun, affectionate, intelligent girl who just needs an active, attentive home where she can be included, loved, and kept busy. She will make a wonderful companion for someone who wants a smart, playful, loyal best friend! Mia is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Rosa! Rosa is an almost 2-year-old, 60 lb Pyrenees mix who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA and is ready for a fresh start! True to her Pyrenees roots, Rosa is sweet, gentle, and a bit in her own world at times. She enjoys going on walks and adventures with her people, walks well on leash, and is treat-motivated. She has a gorgeous, big fluffy coat with striking silver along her back that makes her stand out just as much as her calm presence. Rosa is currently dealing with some leash reactivity, which we believe is largely due to stress from the kennel environment. She will need slow, thoughtful introductions to other dogs, time to decompress, and a consistent routine to help her feel safe and settled. A home with a yard and a quieter, more predictable lifestyle would be ideal for her. She would also do best in a home without cats I could potentially do okay with children 12+. With patience, structure, and a calm environment, Rosa has all the makings of a wonderful, loyal companion. She’s looking for a home that understands her needs and will give her the peaceful life she deserves. Rosa is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $450.

Story
FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Polar! Polar is a 2-year-old, 57 lb Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. This handsome boy is as sweet as they come and has the most lovable, goofy personality! Polar is a big, dopey sweetheart who absolutely loves people. He’s the kind of dog who will happily lean right into you for affection ~ he’s a total “leaner” who just wants to be close to his humans. His gentle, loving nature makes him an instant favorite with everyone he meets. He does great with other dogs and enjoys being around both canine and human friends. Polar would love a home that can take him on daily walks and fun adventures, but he also has a relaxed, easygoing side and is just as happy hanging out and soaking up attention from his people. If you’re looking for a sweet, goofy, affectionate companion who will keep you smiling and always be ready for a cuddle, Polar might just be your guy. Polar is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.
