Hi! I'm Obi! I am a 2 year old male Newfoundland/Lab mix that weighs approx. 66 lbs. I was surrendered due to my previous family no longer being able to care for me. I am good with other dogs but a meet and greet is suggested prior to adoption if you have another dog in the home. I love the company of a furry friend! I'm a bouncy boy and am currently working on learning fetch. I walk pretty well on a leash and am willing to learn basic commands. I would do best in an adult only home or one with children who are older than 16 years old. I have been searching for my furr ever home for over 90 days and am now considered a Diamond Dog! My adoption fee is $75. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and am heartworm negative. Since I am in foster, meet and greets will be by approved application only. Please complete an online adoption application on our website at https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. Have a seat, friends, school is back in session, and Luna DeClaire is leading the lessons today. Luna is a stunning young doodle mix who really shines in a loving home. She is gentle, enjoys other dogs and kids, and loves to cuddle. She has a calm demeanor and relishes expending her energy playing with another canine pal. Luna prefers to have company and not be left alone in her crate for long periods of time; like all young ‘uns, she can find her way into mischief if left too much to her own devices. And like all young ‘uns, she will need continued training as she matures so she can be a paw-fect family companion. Luna DeClaire’s adoption fee is $600. She is current on all HW/flea preventatives, spayed, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Luna a second chance.
