MEET UNO:
Introducing Uno, a playful 6-month-old, 56lb Newfoundland mix puppy ready to find his forever home!
Uno was surrendered to an overcrowded shelter when his family could no longer care for him or his XL Newfoundland mom. This big puppy is full of energy and love, and he’s looking for a family that can provide him with the attention and care he deserves.
Uno is a typical puppy who could use some guidance on manners, but he’s a quick learner and is slowly picking up commands. He’s been working on his leash manners since he was used to free roaming in a country setting.
He has lived with children, other dogs, and even cats, so he’s social and ready to adapt! An active family is a must; Uno needs plenty of space to run and play, so he’s not a good fit for an apartment or condo lifestyle. He requires a home where he can stretch his legs and be part of the action.
Uno is making progress on his house manners and is learning a crate training routine. With patience and love, he'll thrive! Families considering adopting Uno should be prepared for the food and preventative care that an XL breed requires.
If you have the space, love, and energy to welcome this big, sweet boy into your heart and home, Uno is ready to be your new best friend!
