Story
Meet Mia – A Sweet and Playful Mini BernedoodleMia is an adorable 8-month-old Mini Bernedoodle weighing 11 pounds, with the most beautiful eyes that will melt your heart. She can be a little nervous in new situations, but her wagging tail never stops, showing her eagerness to trust and love. Once she feels comfortable, Mia’s playful and affectionate personality truly shines. She enjoys the company of other dogs and loves to play, making her a great fit for a home with canine friends. Mia is also incredibly smart and eager to learn, which makes training an exciting opportunity for her and her future family. Despite coming in with painful mats, she has done wonderfully for grooming and enjoys being pampered. With her loving nature and fondness for treats, Mia is sure to be a delightful addition to any home willing to give her the patience and love she deserves. She’s looking for a family that will help her continue to build confidence and provide plenty of playtime and affection. Before being rescued, many of our dogs have had limited socialization, so they may need a bit of time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog`s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website.

Story
We took Yeti in from a friend at 4 months old as his original owner backed out of taking him. He is a sweet boy, potty trained, but a big chewer and barker. We have tried everything these past 10 months to keep him from chewing and barking - with very little luck. He has soooooo many toys to chew on yet he still prefers more than toys. He needs a large yard that he can roam/protect/bark all he wants without neighbors getting upset. We have 2 other dogs (the brindles in the picture) that he gets along with great. We also have 3 cats, one which thinks she's a dog so she'll play with him (the other 2 are anti dogs). He is very reluctant to car rides. I've tried several times since we got him, with no luck. My husband has to pick him up and take him to the truck - hence why no vaccines more than Rabies and what our friend did prior to obtaining him. He also became a dad at less then a year old.... our brindle female went into heat 3 months early and well now I have 3 puppies as well.

Story
Sika is a 6 year old Great Pyranees Catahoula leopard dog mix who comes with a personality to match. She is a true Pyrenees with the drive of a Catahoula. She loves patrolling the yard / house and will be vocal when things are amiss. She would do well as a 70/30 indoor outdoor dog as she loves to be outside but is accustomed to coming in for water food and nighttime. She is snuggly and oh so soft but will likely want to lay somewhere cool like tile flooring or a bath tub. She loves playing catch with a ball or frisbee! She would do better as an only dog or with other male dogs as her breeds are not comparable with other females it seems. We would like her to go to a home who’s familiar with the breeds as her behaviors are special and we believe should be treated as such. A home without kids or with older kids is preferred. She is accustomed toddlers who know to leave her be and has not been left alone with children due to the high drive of her breeds. Please ask any questions!
