Los Angeles Ca Available again thru no fault of his own. SAMMY IS AVAILABLE AS A FAMILY PET ONLY. HE HAS NO LIVESTOCK EXPOSURE or EXPERIENCE. Meet Sammy, the gentle giant with a heart as big as his paws! At just one year old, this stunning Armenian Gampr is 91 pounds and looks like he has some more growing to do. Be prepared to turn heads on every walk—Sammy is a showstopper, and everyone wants to stop to meet him—and he’s not too shy to ask them for pets! Sammy is incredibly smart and eager to please. He learned “sit,” “stay,” and “come” in just one day and is completely potty trained already, with no accidents in the house. He walks beautifully on a leash, calmly letting you guide him without pulling or tugging. Sammy is a fast learner who responds well to gentle corrections. All we know from the shelter is that he was a stray, and yet amazingly, this lovable pup isn’t food aggressive—he’ll even let you move his bowl or take his bone without a fuss. In fact he has no aggression at all & gets along well with dogs of all sizes. He’s also great with children. At home, Sammy is happiest lounging with his people and soaking up all the pets he can get—he truly lives for affection! However, his natural guardian instincts shine through, and he would thrive in an experienced home with a large yard or property. His favorite thing to do on walks is stop and observe his surroundings. He’s working on overcoming some separation anxiety and can be a bit stubborn at times, but his sweet and loyal nature makes him worth the extra effort.
