***Raige is looking for a foster-to-adopt situation ONLY while she is still gaining weight.Meet Raige (aka Madame)! 🐾👑Don’t let her name fool you – Raige is all about spreading joy! At 10 years old, this Great Dane beauty is still strong, active, and full of life. 💪🐶Here’s what makes Raige so special:🍖 Foodie Extraordinaire – She does the cutest happy dance at mealtime! 🕺🍲🚗 Car Ride Enthusiast – Loves going “bye-bye” and rides like a dream.🛋️ Comfort Queen – Soft dog beds and couches (if allowed!) are her happy places.🐾 Dog-Friendly – Raige gets along with pups of all sizes, from tiny 8-pounders to fellow gentle giants.Raige is currently 81 lbs but will need to gain about 20 lbs+ to be at proper weight. Raige is a bit shy around men at first, so patience and gentleness are key. She’s a certified sweetheart who loves giving her paw to remind you to keep petting her. 🐾❤️🔍 What Raige Needs:A foster-to-adopt family willing to help her gain weight and give her love while she gets adoption-ready.A home without cats (we’re not sure how she feels about them) and kids who are excited to meet her first.Raige came to us underweight, but she’s healthy and on her way to becoming her best self! Could your home be her palace? 🏡🐕👑**Raige will have to be fostered until she is up to her proper weight and weekly check ins with us to be sure she is continuing on her right path to being completely healthy. Raige's adoption fee is $150, she is spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for Lyme and Heartworm, flea & tick treated, and microchipped. You can apply online for them at https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sr2794&method=online_form_html&formid=21 OR stop into the shelter 12- 5 pm Tuesday through Friday or 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet who is available at that time. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before we close to ensure we have time to do the adoption.Take advantage of our foster-to-adopt program, where you can take any dog 4 mos and older home for a week to make sure it is a good fit before committing to adoption.
