Why Gerty Needs a Different Environment As much as we love Gerty, we’ve come to realize that our home isn’t the best fit for her unique personality and needs. Gerty is a sweet and loyal dog, but she thrives in a quieter environment with less activity and fewer people coming and going. Our home, with young children and frequent family visitors, creates a level of excitement and unpredictability that seems to make her anxious. While she adores her immediate family, Gerty can be wary of strangers and isn’t always comfortable around young kids. she feels overwhelmed or unsure, which makes it challenging to give her the stress-free environment she deserves. We want her to be in a home where she feels fully secure and understood. We truly believe Gerty would thrive with an older couple or a family with older children who can respect her boundaries and offer her a more laid-back, structured environment. She has so much love.

This is Freya! She’s a sweet, obedient, loving puppy! She was born August 15th! She’s doing really well on her potty training & is used to being in her kennel during work hours. She’s super playful! & is looking for a loving home! We cannot keep her due to our schedule & we just want her to go to a good loving home!

Athena is an aproximate 2 years old. And was rescued from a shelter at just 6 weeks old. She is amazing with children as she was raised with a 6m baby and is still super nice and playful with our three year old. Unfortunatly my daughter has special needs that takes a lot of special care as well as an allergy she has developed from Athena’s fur. Athena does get super excited around new people as she’s not been around a lot of new people BUT she has always been super loving. A kennel is available with adoption if interested. We love her so much and sad she has to be rehomed, but I want her to have a loving home!

Story
Eeyore is looking for his forever home. He is fixed, up-to-date on shots, heartworm negative, chipped, crate trained. Last July we found Eeyore abandoned on the streets in Livingston with no one to claim him. We took him in hoping to keep him forever but unfortunately he does not get along with two of our other dogs. He would be best to be an only dog with a yard to play in. He takes a little bit to get used to new people but once he does he is the most loving, loyal, cuddly little boy. If you or anyone you know is interested please let me know there will be a rehoming fee.

Dog belonged to my deceased mother. She rescued animals habitually and left me with 4 dogs and 18 cats that I can no longer care for. Dexter is about 12 years old and still very energetic. His vet prescibes him Prozac for his anxiety. He's half poodle and quite handsome and affectionate. Though he is elderly, he loves chasing his tennis ball around the dog park. I would love for him to be able to live out the rest of his life in the kind of loving home he deserves. Would probably fare better if he were the only pet, but he does get along well with our other elderly dog and most cats.

I was found roaming a business park, but kind humans took me in and gave me a chance at a wonderful life. I’m up to date on vaccines, flea/tick, and heartworm meds. I’m energetic, playful, athletic, and super sweet. No such thing as strangers to me—everyone’s just a friend waiting to be made! I love hanging out with people, and I’m really good around other dogs too. I’m potty trained (never once messed in the house!) and I really like chew toys, fetch, chase, and tug-of-war. Play time, squeaky toys, and spending time with my friends are the spices of life to me. I come when called and I’ve learned how to sit and stay for treats. I’m an explorer who loves going for walks, playing in the dog park, and going for car rides.
