🐾 Meet Piper — a smart, soulful girl seeking her calm forever home 🐾 Piper is a 5-year-old, 35-lb spayed female with a big heart and a charming personality. She’s sweet, intelligent, fully house- and crate-trained, and knows many commands (sit, stay, shake, spin, dance, play dead). Piper loves peaceful walks, cozy couch time, and being close to her person. She’s vocal and enjoys “talking back,” which only adds to her charm. Piper thrives in a quiet, structured home. Due to recent life changes, she’s now around toddlers and babies and has shown discomfort with small children. While she has never bitten anyone, she needs a child-free home for everyone’s safety and her happiness. She would also do best as an only dog. Currently, Piper spends much of her day crated, which isn’t fair to such a loving, loyal dog. She deserves space to relax and feel secure. ✨ Ideal home: adult-only, calm environment, someone who values a smart, expressive companion. 🆘 URGENT: Piper needs adopted ASAP!

Story
Lola is a great dog. She is very sweet and loves pets and hugs. She is wonderful with my entire family, including my two young children. I have an extreme senior Frenchie who is 16, a Great Dane, and two cats and she does great with all of them. However, Lola cannot be around livestock. My family has two pigs and two goats and she's gone after all of them. Even with us trying to train her, we cannot get her to stop. Unfortunately, for that reason, we are having to rehome her. If it weren't for that, we would love to keep her with our family, but it's simply too unsafe for my livestock.
