Story
He is very social, and loves to run outside. He makes a great dancing partner, if u dance without him, he will be sad. He is so sweet and loves to have long petting sessions. He has a big bark, which is ironic since he is small. He will put his paw on your feet, and give nose kisses, to express his love. He also gets along well with older people more than younger people. He loves his grandparents. 😖 Tuxe is more socialized now that he is older but he still is discovering new animals and environments. Always have a treat with you to distract him with since he is VERY clingy. Tuxe is about 4 years old, he is up to my calf (Im 5 feet), and he has some long legs we call drumsticks. He loves the outdoors, and loves frogs. I cant forget to mention he likes cats. 🥹 We have all his stuff ready for him already, so the price is up because we include his doggy stuff. We love him SO much and want him to have a great, long life with a family who will fit his needs better.❤️❤️

Story
NAME: Blythe Sex: male Color/Pattern: black and white tuxedo Breed: Terrier mix Weight: ~15-20 lbs Age at intake: ~4-5 months BDAY approx: ~ Sept 11, 2024 Intake date : Jan 11, 2025 Found date: Jan 9 Coat length: very short Description BLYTHE is a sleek and shiny, black and white boo boo with Dumbo ears. He is responsive, yet quiet, only reacting when spoken to. Personality This little guy we named Blythe, was very quiet and submissive the first few days in his foster home. He gets wiggly and excited when you pay him affection. Blythe is a sweetie, submissive and obedient. He likes to hang out in his crate with the door open where he feels safe to watch from there. He became very playful once he felt more confident in his new digs after a few days. He loves going outside and doesn't mind the weather no matter what it is. He picks up on commands quickly and learns from other dogs' examples. He was already doing well with potty training and socializing within 1 week of picking him up off the street. This puppy is an easy boy who loves being loved, and is low maintenance, but high reward in reciprocating affection. Background Blythe was probably only about 4 months old when found abandoned at a long term stay hotel along 290 in Houston the 2nd week of January 2025. Management had called animal control but no one came to get him. It was cold and he was skin and bones. He was living under a staircase for 5 days where residents had given him a hotel towel to sleep on. When he heard the volunteer call to him he started wiggling excitedly and licking her hands. He was timid and resistant about being put on a leash, but then he was quiet and very good on the ride home in the truck, even when a 2nd dog was also picked up. Happy to announce that he had already filled back out 1 week later after eating well, and playing with all other foster dogs. Story
Meet Toast! Toast was adopted from the Pasadena Animal Shelter over two years ago and is now approximately 4 years old. She's a sweet, gentle, playful, loyal, and energetic companion. We're seeking a loving and patient forever home for her, where she can thrive as a cherished member of the family. Ideally, her new home will provide a calm and stable environment, with owners who have the time and dedication for regular exercise and mental stimulation. A securely fenced yard or regular leash walks are preferred. Toast deserves a home filled with love and attention. She is a bit timid at first but warms up quickly, and enjoys playing fetch.

Story
Leia just turned 2 years old. She is a very active girl. Sadly more active than 2 seniors can give her. We adopted her through the Pasadena Pet Center as a young dog. We were told she was a Jack Russell Terrier, but that was untrue. We tested her DNA and it showed her to be very mixed breed. I think she would be best matched with another dog. A companion to another dog to run and play ball with suit her best.

Story
Denver is a 3-year-old bundle of joy with energy for days and love to spare! This handsome boy thrives on attention and is happiest when he’s with his favorite humans. Denver’s playful spirit makes every day an adventure, whether it’s a game of fetch, a brisk walk, or simply zooming around in a big backyard. Speaking of space—Denver would do best in a home with lots of room to run and explore. He’s not a city pup; he’s a country dog at heart, dreaming of wide-open spaces where he can stretch his legs and burn off all that puppy-like energy. Denver is more than just a high-energy pup; he’s a loyal companion who adores snuggles, belly rubs, and being by your side. He’ll need a family who can keep up with his zest for life and give him the attention he craves. If you’re ready for a loving, energetic, and endlessly entertaining furry friend, Denver is waiting to meet you!
