Found after hurricane Beryl. No shelter has wanted to take her in since they are at full capacity. She is up to date on vaccines, microchip and spayed. Loves other dogs. Does not seem to be bothered by cats. She is on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. I will provide a year worth of prevention flea/ tick & heartworm for her. She is very sweet, can get a little shy around new people but will open up quickly. Crate trained& House trained. She loves to run and play ball. Food motivated. Enjoys plush toys and loves to cuddle.

Please help us find Ellie her forever home! We have reached a critical point and time is quickly running out! My father passed away recently. I have been caring for Ellie since he passed, with the help of wonderful friends & family. Unfortunately none of us can keep her because Ellie cannot be around cats or other similar animals. We all have cats. Ellie loves people and is great with most dogs. We take daily walks and regularly go to the dog park. She is known for going person to person to make sure she gets all the love. Ellie has a sweet, playful personality, and is very smart. She wants desperately to please her people, bonding quickly with all of those who care for her. She does need her daily walks/regular playtime, but she is also happy to curl up in the recliner with you to watch TV or nap. She will do best in a home with a semi active lifestyle. Older children are best. Ellie is an amazing girl who is just looking for a friend to play tug o' war and lay in the sun with.

Jack was found in a hotel parking lot when he was around 5 months old. We have helped him learn his manners and get to a healthy weight and now he is ready for a forever home! Jack is a healthy boy who loves to cuddle, ride in the car, and take walks. He walks great using a gentle leader (pictured) and knows all his basic commands. He is housebroken and crate trained. He’d be a wonderful family dog and has been good with our young children.

We adopted Leia from The Pasadena Adoption Center when she was about 3 months old.She is about 1 1/2 years old now. S She potty trained quickly and we had her basic trained. She does all the basic commands. We followed up with more extensive training for proper walking, waiting not pulling. She loves to play catch with balls and frisbees. She is very active and very strong. Too much for an older couple. She needs someone to play with an overgrown puppy.

Buddy found me a few days ago. Walked right into my house and started licking my baby and cuddling on the couch. He’s a total sweetheart, I just don’t have the time for a puppy right now. I’m so sad about it as he is the most trainable dog I’e ever met. He listens when you say no, is housebroken, plays fetch well, and always wants to cuddle. He comes with a crate and all his toys (my other dogs have no interest in playing).

Story
We have had Ellie since she was 6 weeks old from our local animal shelter and she is now almost 5 years old. Ellie is going to need a very patient person to win her over. She is terrified of her own shadow, but has never tried to bite anyone. We are a family of 5 and she loves us and wants to be with us at all times. Ellie is food motivated. When we have people over she growls and hides behind one of us, but if we are eating food, she will put her head in anyone's lap. Ellie does love our other dog and they are best friends, but she does not like other dogs. I think she is just scared. The reason for rehoming her is she makes it difficult to have people over and travel with her. All that being said, she is a very sweet and affectionate girl towards us, even sleeps with us. People can win her over, but it takes time and a lot of food and treats.

I took Jolyne in for a coworker who needed some help. I got her shots done, spayed, and microchipped the first year. She's super sweet and energetic with dogs. Loves jumping about and snuggling with people. She unfortunately has been trying to snap at our cat and it's not fair for us to keep her in her kennel so long with our busy schedule. She also needs way more space than we can take provide in our small home. Last month she ran away for about 2 weeks and came back thinner but we can't afford to take her to the vet for a check up. That is when I knew she needed a better home. Please if someone could take her in and give her the loving home she properly deserves.

Dog belonged to my deceased mother. She rescued animals habitually and left me with 4 dogs and 18 cats that I can no longer care for. Dexter is about 12 years old and still very energetic. His vet prescibes him Prozac for his anxiety. He's half poodle and quite handsome and affectionate. Though he is elderly, he loves chasing his tennis ball around the dog park. I would love for him to be able to live out the rest of his life in the kind of loving home he deserves. Would probably fare better if he were the only pet, but he does get along well with our other elderly dog and most cats.

Story
Hazel is a rescue, found abandoned under a house. She grew up with us as a puppy and will be 2 years old on December 13th. She quickly learned to use the doggy door and patrols the yard regularly. She LOVES BIG and adores attention - her tail wags like crazy if you leave her for just a few minutes and she'll flop onto the ground for belly rubs. Unfortunately, she's a hunter and has killed multiple possums and cats in our yard. She has also attacked our elderly pug and we cannot keep her for this reason. We would love to see her go to a farm or large yard where she is the only dog. We know that she could make someone very happy, and that she is not living her best life here where we are always nervous of her going near our pug. We call her Hazelnut because she is beautiful and bonkers. She is very silly and affectionate, still trainable and looking for a master that can handle her issues and appreciate her love.

Dixon, estimated 8 months old, mixed breed. -up to date with all his shots -crate trained -potty trained -THE BEST SNUGGLE BUG! -good with other dogs Dixon was dumped on someone’s property, & my mom stepped up to care for him. Unfortunately, my mom is struggling with her health & has been in and out of the hospital the past couple of months. She can no longer care for him & her health comes before ANYTHING. My daughter is very attached to Dixon, so we would love for him to go to someone that we can check in on him from time to time.
