Maggie is a beautiful little girl dog with lots of energy, loves to play, good by herself but needs supervision or crating if left by herself for very long. She is still loves to chew. She is happy with chew toys, especially balls. She responds quickly to the command "EASY" when handed treats She is so much fun to play with and fun to watch her play. She will run from one end of the house to the other and back. She needs a yard and a kid. good at Fetch! I purchased Maggie from a family that was raising money to have the female next door fixed, because the owners could not afford the procedure and the neighborhood had adopted all three of the last litters. She was supposed to be a Chiweenie, she only weighed 5 pounds when I paid 75.00 for her when she was 8 weeks old. I am allergic to dander and have asthma. Maggie sheds if she doesn't get brushed and bathed. I am also physically unable to care for her coat. She is a good dog and I am heart broken to do this but she deserves more

These puppies were born from an Australian mix rescue. They are lovable, cuddly and have a personality plus. They love to be held and melt in your arms. They are 4 months old and have been fully vaccinated . There were 7 in the litter and I have not been able to find homes for the remaining 2. I am 75 yrs old and have been helping my granddaughter find homes for these amazing pups. I desperately need to find homes for the remainder. Looking for a wonderful caring home for these two boys! They are sweethearts!

Story
Lucy is really a great dog. She's very friendly and loves people. When you meet her, she's likely to sit and hold out her paw. That's the first thing she did for me when I first visited her at the Dallas Animal Shelter and I took her outside in the yard area to play. I wasn't planning to adopt a dog that day 10 years ago (I already had three other dogs) but she was just so charming. Our vet told me Lucy was about a year old when I adopted her. Clearly someone loved her, because she knew how to sit and give you her paw. Lucy's ideal home would be an older person without another pet. She must be an only dog. I learned as I was taking her home from DAS that she has strong food aggression, so she has a crate that I've learned she actually prefers. When I have my other dogs in another room and let her roam, she will inevitably go back to her crate and stay there. She enjoys walks very much, but they don't have to be long walks. I pray Lucy can find a loving home. She's really a great dog.
