Story
He was found as a pup at a park in the rain by a friend who was fishing. The day he was found, the vet wouldn’t take him in and the friend couldn’t take em in due to their dog. I was able to watch him for a bit but with my busy schedule, proper training as been hard to do. He’s a super sweet and chill puppy, lots of energy but will be calm when busy. Loves fetch, chew sticks, and cuddles.

Story
I got Merlin in 2018 when he was 3 months old, and he is 7 years now. He's lived with multiple cats, as well as 3 dogs who he has either tolerated or hated. He does better 1-on-1 with other dogs, and prefers female dogs over males. He has a specific diet due to pancreatitis (hence his special needs status). He has food aggression with other animals. Training didn't help, so he eats in his kennel. His kennel is his safe space, and he will nap there instead of on his dog bed usually. He is potty trained and will sit at the door and whine when he needs to go out, or ring a bell if you have hanging bells on the doorknob. He is smart and knows a lot of tricks (sit, stay, lay down, shake with both paws, etc) and is such a sweet and cuddly dog! He likes older kids and LOVES people. Small kids (toddlers mostly) make him very anxious. I had a baby in 2023, and unfortunately he has not taken well to her and now lives completely separated from her and anxious, and I hate to see him this way.

Luna is a loving dog that needs to be outside and run a lot. She is good with our other older dog and cat. She loves to play fetch and is a cuddler. We are an elderly couple that can keep up with her physical needs.

Story
Melly is a very sweet dog who is full of energy and love. She is 6 years old, and loves her owners. Unfortunately me and my wife had to condense our living situation and we are no longer able to giver her the life she needs. She has fought with our other dog some and gets a little temperamental around her bed and her food. For these reasons we would like to send her to a home that does not have other pets. She really is a very very sweet dog when it is just her and her owner(s), but we just can not give her the life she needs anymore. We love her dearly and we are really really not wanting to send her to a shelter or put her down.

She is very sweet with people and will even come to your side if you are crying to lick your tears away (in fact she insists on it). She loves dogs smaller than her, I can no longer afford to have animals due to my financial circumstances changing within the past 3 months. I hope she can find her forever home.

Story
Meet Oreo! Oreo is a six-month-old mixed-breed dog. Oreo and his brother, Pinto, were found in a field earlier this year. They were likely dumped the same day, but we only found the two male puppies. My parents immediately took them in, nursed them back to health and got them vaccinated and nuetered. All was good! Well, not so much anymore. Oreo and his brother are exhibiting signs of littermate syndrome since hitting the first months of puberty. We believe it's in their best interest to live separately. My parents are keeping the brother, Pinto (they also have a third dog, an older guy named Canelo, who seems to "like" Pinto more.) Oreo is a fun-loving, playful dog and walks well on a leash. He's located in 76114.

Hi! I'm Chewie! Late one night, my life changed! All I remember was being cold, scared and HUNGRY! Me & my dog friend Maxx were found alone on an abandoned road beside the highway. Thankfully someone saw us and offered us food and a warm place to stay. I love people, other dogs, playing fetch, running around the yard, snuggles, cuddles and kisses. I am learning to walk on leash too! I love my crate at night and I am really trying hard to only potty outside. Most days are good, but sometimes there is an accident. What can I say, this is all new to me! I'm a puppy, so chew toys are good for me and I love them! I am located in Garland, Texas for meet and greets. I weigh 25 lbs and the vet estimates me to be about 8 months old. I am small, and I'm not even knee high! I am neutered, up to date on shots, and microchipped. I really want a family of my own to love, play with me and keep me safe. Is that you? I hope so!
