Story
Meet Pickles, a lovable, energetic 60-pound pup looking for a new forever home due to his current owner's health issues. Pickles is a sweet, playful dog who loves to engage with people, other dogs, kids, and even cats—he’s lived harmoniously with a cat in his current home! His favorite activities include playing with toys, going to doggy daycare to socialize with other dogs, and running around at the dog park chasing balls. Pickles has never shown aggression, and when faced with an aggressive dog, he always lays down in submission. While he is full of energy and excitement, his biggest quirk is his tendency to jump up in excitement when meeting new people, so a family with a secure yard or a doggy door would be ideal. If you’re looking for a loving, active companion, Pickles would make a fantastic addition to your family! He’s ready to share his love and bring joy to your home.

Story
Looking for a nice cozy home for Riley. He is between five and seven years old. I adopted him from a dog program where he was trained. I’m just not good at keeping up with it. We moved to Tennessee about two months ago and it has been a very hard transition for Riley. We have an older home that makes a lot of noise. He may be afraid of ghosts lol Riley has a bad case of separation anxiety. So the fuller the house the better. Riley gets along with both cats and dogs. He has been around young kids, but not a lot. He has never had any problem with children. He is potty trained, and was crate trained before we moved here. Now I am unable to crate him comfortably. Riley is a wonderful boy and would be great for either a family who has someone that is always home or maybe someone who works from home or is retired. He’s got a lot of love to give when he feels at peace and relaxed.

Story
We adopted Hank a few months after our beloved dog of 14 years crossed the rainbow bridge. We have had him for 8 months. We love him very much. Due to a mix of temporary and permanent health and housing changes, we desperately need to rehome him. He is a good boy. Loves to play with other dogs and is good with kids.

Story
Kip is a great dog, however he is very silly. He loves to be outside, play fetch with sticks, and loves a good bone. He definitely needs room to run as he has lived on a farm his entire life. He hates baths, but loves to take a swim in the pond. I would love for him to go to an active and loving family where he could be free to roam around. He has never been on a leash. He will bark at strangers, but has never shown aggression towards them. He has grown up with older children. I have never let toddlers or babies get in his face so I don’t know how he would do with small children. We are needing to rehome him because we are moving out of state. Our next home does not have the things he needs for a good quality of life.

Story
Lady is a mixed-breed, 1-1.5 year old pup who enjoys being outdoors in a fenced yard, cuddling up in a ball with you after work, and following your every step! She is not phased by many loud noises, storms, fireworks, or other kinds of bad weather. She is potty trained and roams the main area of the home, throughout the day, without incidents. Unfortunately, several recent changes have happened with myself and her primary owner, and I am unable to care for Lady, the way she deserves to be cared for, as a singular dog parent...Please message me for any and all questions!

Story
You've not met a dog that loves life like Ajax! With perky ears and endearing underbite, he will win over your heart. Ajax is a sweet one-year-old pit-bull mix full of love and energy! He adores chest rubs, long walks, and snuggling up with his humans. He's an active pup who enjoys outdoor adventures and play time at home. Ajax is a smart boy who is eager to learn, but he is still working on managing his reactivity towards dog and other humans, especially in high-energy environments. He would thrive in a calm, experienced home where he’s the only pet or with slow introductions to other dogs. He'd love to find a playmate with similar energy. Ajax’s ideal adopter will be committed to helping him work through reactivity with guidance and training. Access to a fenced yard or private space with minimal distractions would be ideal. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion and are willing to give Ajax the space and structure he needs, he’ll reward you with endless love.
