Story
Meet Tsuki (Soo-kee). This super sweet girl is 5 years old and loves cuddles and playing frisbee. She is housebroken and crate trained. She is a shy girl at first but the biggest cuddle bug once she warms up. She is good with dogs and cats. She would be a great addition to the family and she deserves lots of love and treats!

Story
Sadie is a sweet girl who responds to some commands. She loves playing, running off-leash, and resting next to her companions. However, she is reactive and easily excitable (only 1.5 years old) and nips when overexcited, which makes my home less than ideal when caring for four young rambunctious children and my husband (who is currently in need of my care as well). She would do best in a home with no children or older children (10+) and without other pets (or someone who has the time to slowly warm her up). She has bitten (but does not draw blood) and is not directly aggressive. She loves our children and following them around in the woods but at home, she has to be watched when they are playing and often requires intervention. She was a rescue at about 6 months of age and we were hoping would be a better option in our home, but this was also before my husband' recent medical issues. She would be a great farm dog, great for an active adult, great hunting partner. Please consider Sadie!

Story
Fancy was found as a stray August 2024. She was dropped off in a neighborhood shortly after having a litter of puppies. My dog had recently passed so we offered to keep her temporarily but intended on keeping her if it was a good fit. Her life before doesn't seem to have been a good. She was thin, full of fleas, ears scarred and scabbed from scratching. I'm guessing that's where her insecurities come from as well. She has issues with "resource guarding" and can be aggressive when it comes to protecting her "people" or when startled. Since we have 3 small children who can be unpredictable, this doesn't seem like the best fit for her. Crate trained/house trained if taken out regularly. She is spayed. She does have heartworms which still need to be treated. I'd be willing to get that started before any rehoming if preferred. She is pretty low maintenance and really is a sweet girl. She likes snuggling and treats. I think she would do best in a home with adults only or teenaged kids.

Story
My name is Kuda, and I am young, affectionate, playful, and brave. I love nothing more than cuddles and kisses with my favorite people. I am always the first one to investigate new things and places. My athletic build and fearlessness make me the perfect companion for all your outdoor adventures. I also love to swim! I can be a barker. I still need help with house training as I am friendly with other dogs, but I have some food aggression. I do better with older children in the home. I am crate, potty, and leash-trained. Please consider giving me a forever home.

Story
Found Mixed breed, older male possibly a Bull Terrier or Blackmouth Cur of some kind, and has a lot of loose skin, which is very similar to a Shar Pei. Buddy was full of fleas and had what looked to be mange, so we gave him a Simparica Trio and washed him several times with medicated shampoos. His hair is all grown back now and doing so much better! A much happier boy!! We have had him since 8/28/24 but have to keep him separated from our dogs because he is NOT dog friendly. Potty Trained - Yes/ Bath time - Very good/ Car rides - Loves them!/ Leash - Very good/ Tricks - Sits, Shakes/ Playtime - Loves tug, balls, stuffies, rough-ish play/ Food-aggressive - No- loves treats, watermelon, and other fruits, veggies/ Gives kisses - Yes/ Dog Friendly - NO, not sure about cats/ Neutered - Yes/ Protective - Yes/ SNIPPY - Was at first, but good with us now! (needs time to trust you)/ Kid Friendly - WOULD NOT PLACE HIM WITH KIDS AT THIS TIME
