Ellie is a good dog, she just has a bit too much energy for us. We're expecting and both work full time jobs. We've tried training but she really just needs a family that can run her ragged. She's an escape artist, so make sure your fence is sturdy. She's a German shepherd mix. A little timid around men at first but warms up. LOVES women and will be attached to your hip. Literally. Kennel and house trained. Good with other dogs. Unsure about cats. Good around kids, but a bit hyper so might jump. She really is the sweetest girl, she just deserves more than we can give her unfortunately. She’d be great with a field and space to run around to her hearts content. The trainer says a lot of the issues we have is due to her not being fulfilled and we simply don’t have the means to fix this for her.

Was found wandering town 10 years ago. We recently moved and can no longer keep her. House trained, good with kids and other dogs but doesn't like small livestock like chickens.

Missy is a two-year-old female, She is up-to-date on vaccinations, she is up-to-date on her rabies vaccination, she is up-to-date on flea and tick meds, she is up-to-date on heartworm prevention, she is spayed, & she has been wormed.  Missy is on the small side, she only weighs 34 pounds.  Missy is very sweet, and she is socialized. She gets along with other dogs; we really don’t have a way to test with cats.  Missy does fine with children.  Four months ago, she gave birth to a litter of puppies, that are currently in foster homes. Missy is part of a 15 dog hoarding situation, in Nowata County, Oklahoma.  These dogs did not receive proper care, or an adequate amount of food. Therefore, she will chase chickens. If you live in a farm type setting, you will have to be vigilant about monitoring her.

Wednesday is about 8 years old, and she's the mother of Friday, the other dog available. They were abandoned by a neighbor that moved, so I've been taking care of them since. She's very sweet, but she doesn't get along with my cats.

Story
Harley is a little over 2-3 years old. I do not know her exact age. She was a stray running around our neighborhood last fall (2024). It was going to storm the day we found her, so I took her inside and kenneled her for the night, intending to take her to the shelter the following morning. Unbeknownst to me, the shelter was not taking any strays. We took her to the vet to see if she was chipped and to get her some flea and tick medicine. (She was covered in fleas.) She was chipped, and I was hopeful I would reunite her with her owners. Unfortunately, her registered owners had moved to Germany and had re-homed her. They had no information about the people she was re-homed to. We intended to keep her at that point. Her shots are up to date, and she has been on flea, tick, and heartworm medicine. Things were going great for a long while. Recently, she started showing aggression toward our Maltese dogs and attacked them when food was nearby. Due to this, we need to re-home her.

I rescued Phoebe at my last job as the tenants were going to give her to a shelter when we found their unauthorized dogs. It brings me much sadness and pain to have to rehome my sweet girl, but we are no longer able to keep her. She is the greatest gift Ive had in my life, and I know she will be the greatest gift in yours! Here;s what to know about your new precious gift; Age:5-7 years old Phoebe is house trained and knows many tricks for the small fee of a pepperoni. She is a quiet dog thats doesnt chew on shoes or even toys as shed much prefer laying in your arms. Phoebe is an anxious dog and while she is kennel and crate trained, she would much rather be in a large backyard or with another person or animal to sooth her. The outdoors is her safe space! While she is the perfect house dog and couch potato, she can also go on walks up to 5 hours long! She loves to play outside and I have also trained her to be off leash on our walks. SHE MUST GO TO A LOVING AND SAFE FAMILY!
