Story
Nova is going to be 2 in June. Loving, energetic, and a little timid at times. She loves getting any kind of attention, from cuddling to belly rubs. She does exhibit some anxiety. She loves to play with tennis balls, she will even play solo by throwing them herself. When she plays she can play a little rough but has never hurt another dog. Been around kids and does well, except jumping on them out of excitement. Nova is up to date on all her shots. And 3 year rabies vaccine. She is fixed. She has been diagnosed with Lyme disease, but has yet to show any signs of pain. She is not a huge fan of baths, helpful to have an extra person to help keep her in the tub. She does not like getting her nails clipped. I usually have to take her to the vet/groomer. No bite history. I’ve had Nova since 6 months old. However now I have moved from KY to PA and had an apartment that allowed pets and 3 months in the landlord needed to make repairs on the duplex, now I cannot have her at the new place. 😭

Story
Maple is a 4-year-old mutt rescue with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Shes silly, affectionate, and hilariously mouthy. She loves cuddles, fetch, zoomies, and drinking from the garden hose. Shes been overall healthy since we adopted her 3 years ago, and absolutely adores people. Sadly, she has possession issues around other dogs. Despite training and lots of effort, her fights with our other dog have escalated, and weve been bitten several times by her while trying to break them up. Shes never been aggressive with people, but the risk during fights has proved to be too high, and were concerned for everyones safety. We are heartbroken re-homing her, but Maple needs an experienced owner in home where she is the only pet. She can get along with other dogs - shes just possessive around food, toys, and laundry (shes been known to eat socks and blankets), and will overdrink water if not monitored. Shes a wonderful dog who just needs the right environment to thrive.

Story
We’ve had Theo since he was 2 months old. He is a great dog. Housebroken and doesn’t need to be crated. My husband was killed in August and it saddens me to have to adopt him out but I am unable to be the dog parent he needs or give him the time he deserves. He loves to cuddle and will curl up next to you or behind you. He loves attention and wants to make you happy. Please consider adopting Theo to spend his remaining years with.

Story
Zoie is a great dog. She is a cuddler and loves attention. She is good in the car and loves to go for walks; she doesn’t pull on the leash. We got her at about 18 months old from a bad situation, she had no hair from the ribs back. My husband died in August and I can barely keep myself together. She is house broken and doesn’t need to be crated. She can be left alone. She does destroy squeaky toys, well just to get the squeaker! She doesn’t like her nails cut.
