Story
Tater is a 4 year old mix breed. He has been with his family consisting of Mom, Dad, and 3 children since he was a puppy. He is fixed, microchipped and UTD with rabies vaccine.. He does well with all 3 children from ages 12-2. Tater is very well behaved. He does great staying within his given boundaries, is not food aggressive and will not counter surf for food. As a matter of fact he is so well behaved, he won’t eat your plate if you walk away! Currently lives with 2 cats that he has no problem cuddling up with. His main hobbies are sun bathing, playing catch, and keeping his favorite spot on the couch warm. But more than anything Tater loves to observe. He just wants his human to follow around and a few ear scratches. Unfortunately after living with his housemate/dogmate Spud, he has decided he would rather be in a one dog family household. Although he has potential to be great friends again with another dog, I personally would advise against unless you are trained properly.

Story
I need to re-home my dog Cooper of 6 years.Unfortunately, he is not child friendly and I am pregnant and due in January. He has been this way since he was a puppy when I rescued him. I am not willing to risk my future child’s life and his quality of life. He is sweet, funny, cuddly, and loves kisses and playing fetch. He is very protective over his dog mom/dad and so we do not let him interact with people when we are in our home. He absolutely loves daycare though and does very well with other people in settings outside of the home.He is not a huge barker unless someone rings the doorbell. He is fully crate trained and house trained. He also loves the car and has done many long distance (10 hour) road trips without any issues. He really is a fantastic house dog, my husband and I are out of the house for 10 hours 2/5 days of the week and he is left out of the crate to roam around the house without any issues. Please reach out to me with any questions I’d be happy to answer!

Story
Charlie LOVES running around and chasing balls in the backyard. He hops with delight when he finds the stick he was looking for. He is a joyful, loyal companion. Charlie needs: a dog-free home; a large, fenced yard; an experienced dog owner or one that is able to put time and resources into regular, positive-reinforcement training to improve his anxiety and reactivity; outside play time at least 1 hr/day Charlie is: on anxiety meds; great work-from-home companion; too scared to go on walks right now, but with training he might enjoy that one day; has lived well with a cat. Bite history: We recently moved into a house with another anxious pup and a resource guarding incident led to Charlie biting the other dog. For this reason Charlie should not live with another dog - or go to dog parks, etc. - until he has significant improvements in his anxiety and behavior, and can be closely monitored. Kids: Charlie has interacted with but not lived with kids, reach out for more info.

Story
Duke's owner passed away leaving him in my care. Unfortunately I am not in a position to keep him long-term for a number of reasons. He is an older dog but still has a lot of energy for walks and hikes. He does not do well with other pets so would be best in a home by himself. Probably his best option would be with an older adult or retirees, but also someone that is looking for a good walking companion. He is not a cuddler but likes to be near his humans. He's a good boy who deserves a chance.

Story
My boy is a very good boy. He was a pandemic puppy & I messed up and didn't socialize him enough. He had a few bad experiences & now is constantly anxious and untrusting of the world. We have moved a lot, and he has not had consistency. He needs someone with experience & can help fund fear aggression therapy. Because of his reactions, I have also taken him out less and less; he is not used to people other than a select few. I am sad to let him go, but he needs someone who can provide the stimulation he needs & get him the help he needs. He can sit, lay, paw, kiss, leave it, spin, get up, and get off. He is potty trained and will kiss you intensely to communicate he needs to go. He absolutely loves to run and must be with someone who is active. He craves a lot of stimulation and needs new scenery or interaction to fight boredom and depression. He loves to chase, be chased, play keep away, and tug-a-war. Very food motivated, great at non-verbal communication, and will love to be near you
