Stanley has been here since he was a pup. He grew up fearful of new things. Despite being fearful of new situations, he loves new people! He tries to befriend everyone he meets. We are in the process of leash training him! He likes other dogs and loves roughhousing and running with them! Stanley is medium to high energy and would make a great hiking partner! He’s great off leash once he knows you completely. Stanley needs someone who will be patient with him as he faces his fears… he is sure to bring lots of love and happiness to your life!

Story
Ivy is about 2 years old, she’s a rescue from Georgia she was scheduled to be euthanized due to overcrowding she was originally brought here for a friend of mine and his wife but before she arrived they decided it wasn’t the right time for them. I have been fostering Ivy since she got here but cannot keep her because one of my current dogs is dog aggressive. We have been keeping them separated in the house but it is not ideal for anyone. Ivy is an extremely sweet and friendly girl, she has not met a person she didn’t like and loves to snuggle. She’s dog friendly with a proper introduction but needs to be in a home without cats. I have an 8 month old son and she is very gentle around him. She does very well in her crate when we are not home but she is still working on her potty training so will need to be with someone who is willing to be patient with her. I just want to find the right home for her and someone that will love her unconditionally, I would %100 keep her myself if I could.

Bama is a sweet, protective and super smart six year old brindle mixed breed. Unfortunately, she is better off with a family/couple that is adults only and without kids. She is a lover of her people and is meant to be with humans who have time to cuddle, take some walks and give her some treats. She is one special girl and we would love to see her continue her life with someone who can love her as much as she deserves to be.

Alfie is a big puppy.Loves to play. Loves to be with his people. Loves his cats and misses his big sister,Hazel,who passed 6 months ago.Alfie is 3. Born at shelter, adopted at 8 wks. Major unexpected life changes leaves one human at the house instead of 5. I am of older age, am gone from the house 4 full days each week. My schedule cannot change and most likely will be gone for more days due to health issues in family. It breaks my heart that so much has changed for Alfie and my wish for him is to have the the companionship, activity and stimulation he deserves. I love him so much but cannot realistically provide that. His life now has far less stimulation and interaction that he craves. He deserves more than I am able to offer. He is a wonderful dog. Physically stunning but 100%super Mutt. I'm hoping to find the home that deserves this beautiful and unique dog.

Stitch is a loving dog and needs attentive pet parents. He is great around other dogs but not so m7ch around cats. We are rehoming because Mom is 82 and he is much to strong for her... and he still at 2 has much puppy energy. We would love to see him go to a loving home with a large yard so he can run and play. When we rescused him we thought he was going to be a smaller dog than he is.
