Story
Roadie is a smart, playful and friendly dog. He refuses to bite or nip at all and is very gentle. He loves to play and knap and then start all over again.. Roadie was found in the woods on a hunting trip. He followed us all over so we kept an eye on him and made sure he had water and food. We meet up with some folks who knew about him and they had tried to find an owner with some posts online and word of mouth with no luck. My son decided to bring him home however with work, school and baseball he doesnt have time to take care of him. We are taking good care of him and taking him to our vet and making sure he is heathy. We have had him wormed and had his first round of vacinations along with a physical exam. He is a wonderful dog however we dont have room or time to raise another dog. He loves being outside so he needs a fenced in yard and a dog house. He also needs an indoor place to sleep on cold winter nights. Roadie is smart, he started responding to verbal commands very fast.

(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Story
Nick Fury his name because he is missing his right eye. We do not know what happened, but the vet said it happened when he was quite young. The reason that we need to rehome Nick is because he has been chewing on our furniture and clawing at the back door when we are not home. When we are home, he does not do these things. We have not been able to figure out a way to keep him from being destructive, and since we cannot be at home with him like he needs, we feel it is best for him to find a new home. Nick is a shy, mostly quiet boy. He tolerates storms really well and has never shown aggression towards our kids. They are able to lay next to him an on him. He is more nervous and does not like visiting the vet. If he could stay home and have a safe, calm environment, he would be so happy.
