Story
Oakley is an 8 year old lab hound mix around 50lbs We have had him since he was 3 months old. He does well with other dogs although can be territorial if it is a new space. Does okay on a leash (takes some getting used to) we have young kids and he does not do the best with them (loud, quick, no personal space). He would most likely do best with older kids/teensHe is an older dog so he does like to sleep most of the day. He has been left alone from up to 8 hours with no accidents. Also can hold it all night. He loves to snuggle on a pillow or a blanket. He knows basic commands and is food motivated.

Story
Blueberry is a sweet, loving dog in need of a safe, stable home. Her current family adores her but has made the heartbreaking decision to rehome her due to escalating tension with their older dog. While they tried to get along, the older dog has become unpredictable. After a sudden, unprovoked fight, safety concerns made coexisting impossible. Blueberry listens to the other dogs warnings and is not the instigator, but the situation is no longer tenable. While Blueberry thrives with people and is affectionate, she needs a home with no cats. Her family is devastated but determined to find the right placement. They would love to keep her as a foster while searching for the right adopter if a rescue is willing to assist. If you can help, please reach out. Blueberry deserves a loving, forever home

Story
Juliet has an amazing personality. She is quite and calm and can often be found laying in her favorite spot around the house. She is completely house trained, crate trained and extremely gentle. She is older at approximately 10yrs old so while she enjoys running around and playing, she is also content with lounging around Looking to rehome due to the military. I’ve had Jules for nearly 9 years when I rescued her from a local shelter myself. Please find it your heart to give this girl a chance

Emmitt is a big baby. He thinks hes a lap dog. He loves to be outside. He is about 9 years old. Lab/ Pit mix. Hes great with kids and other small dogs (not big ones). We have two babies at home and it’s getting hard to give them the love and attention they need. Zeke is his best friend. I would like them to be homed together if possible. He is a small mutt, about 4 years old.

Story
We rescued Rem when he was 8 or 9 weeks old. We put him through puppy training (mostly for our benefit). He is now 7 years old and has honestly been best dog we could ask for. He is even keeled and doesn't bark. He is very good with other dogs because we have had in day care program for most of his teen/ adult life. The past year we have not taken him to day care because we moved further from where we were taking him and haven't a daycare near by. We are moving out of the country later this year and need to find Rem a loving home.

Story
Bandit is a 10+ year-old dog that is in need of living in a home with a fenced in yard. He has been running out into the street and I am afraid something bad is going to happen. He is a wonderful dog -- very sweet, wouldn't hurt a fly. (I put him in a diaper when I leave the house b/c he will sometimes mark. I will provide a year's worth of male dog diapers to the adopter.)

Story
Koda is a very sweet, relaxed dog who loves people. He is an excellent snuggler and a couch potato. He is a rescue and suffered severe abuse from previous owner. Despite that he has a heart of gold. He does great with other dogs and is very sweet with our toddlers. Unfortunately I am pregnant and have had complications with my pregnancy limiting my ability to care for him in the way he needs/deserves. Because of his past we feel he needs a home and family that can give him all the love and attention he needs that we are unable to at this time. He is house trained, kennel trained, leash trained, and knows “bed”, sit, wait, shake and lie down. He will come with his bed, food bowl, supplements, shampoo, sweater, and blanket.
