Story
Great dog, was found wandering with her two puppies, who are also up for adoption. She listens to commands well, is friendly to all humans. She shows some slight resource guarding tendencies to dogs that arent her puppies but nothing extensive. We got her spayed and microchipped. She is not good with cats and cannot go to a home with cats. We currently have other dogs, small children, and cats and she is great with everyone but the cats. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to house her and her puppies in a manner that is safe for all the animals and we need to find them new homes. I believe she is a year or two old, and the puppies are 6 months.

Story
Manny and Basil are both up for adoption. Manny has the red collar and Basil the blue collar. They were found wandering the streets with their mom. They are great boys. They listen well, they picked up potty training quickly, they are patient with the kids. They struggle to walk on leashes, but they are learning. I've had them for about three weeks and they love all humans and are eager to please. They can be adopted separately or together (preferable) We have gotten the mom spayed, but have not had a chance to get the boys neutered, although, if that's a deal breaker, we'd be happy to help with the cost. It feels terrible to have to find new homes for them but they have a high prey drive and I've had a couple incidents with my cats that lead me to believe that these dogs are best in a home without cats or a home that has time and energy to train that instinct.

Story
Abraham is 5 years old and he is well socialized with other dogs. His main issue is anxiety. He was weened too early from his mother and can chew on things like blankets and he is scared of the trash truck. He is house trained but still has accidents regularly; my husband and I just can’t keep up with a new baby in the house. He can go to daycare/dog parks without incident and will relax in a crate. We can provide a crate, food, and medicine to ease financial burden.

Justice is 10 years old. I have had her since she was six weeks. She’s always been a good dog, but has lately been a lot more agitated with my children and has bit them. She needs to go to a home with no children. She’s a great lap dog and snuggle buddy.

Story
My family rescued Junie last spring as a puppy. She is a very very sweet dog and is great with us and our older kids. She is house broken but will need training in other areas. She does not get along well with our larger breed, 3 yr old dog. This has become sadly unsustainable for our family and we are looking for a loving home for her. Hoping for someone with experience in training and the time to work with her.

Story
Smokey is a very good and happy boy. His dad has become unable to care for himself and so this very good boy and his brother, Lucky, are needing a new forever home. Their dad is a kind man who let the boys have the run of the house and yard. The family members caring for them now report that the boys are progressing well with their house manners. Once boundaries are re-established, it seems both Smokey and Lucky are good in the house. They are affectionate pets and are fine with encouragement on the leash. These very worthy boys are waiting for the next chapter. We want this to be with a person as loving as the first. Please consider Smokey and possibly Lucky too. They qualify for the Pets for Vets and Seniors for Seniors adoptions. Both boys are neutered and just had dentals. They had vaccines updated and had negative heartworm tests. Lucky has no vision in his right eye due to a previous illness.

Story
This is Willy he is almost one! I wish I had the time and energy for this nugget. Willy needs to be the only dog! I d say he needs a boy, he is short strong & ready to play! Willy needs a family or someone to love him & take good care of him. He is loves to cuddle and sometimes he acts scared for no reason lol. He s a funny little guy. There is a rehoming fee to cover all his expenses & hopefully ensure a responsible home.
