Story
Yomi is a 6 year old cuddly happy female dog. Her breed is unknown. Unfortunately she has not dealt well with being replaced as the “baby” by my child. She loves kids but hasn’t been able to get along with my daughter so we’ve decided to look for a proper home for her where she won’t have to be kept separate. If you are looking for a sweet and loving dog please give her a chance! I would love to find her a new home.

Story
Milo is a big 3yr old goof ball. He could just play and play all day. He has grown up sith cats/dogs/kids his whole life. He can be intense at times to some pets due to his size but once warmed up all is well. We had planned to move in to a larger home however due to financial struggles this won’t happen for a long time. Meanwhile, we know that Milo needs more space to run and be his energetic self. He would require a large fenced in yard

Story
Allie is a very sweet loving girl that tends to bond strongly with everyone in the family but especially to her one “person”. She has lived with dogs and cats and gets along well but can be a bit shy of dogs at first. She however regularly cuddles with her cat brother. She loves to play with her toys and absolutely loves to be outside hanging out in the yard. She is also very food motivated and will always remind you that it’s dinner time. While talking about reminding, she also always talks to you if he has to use the bathroom outside and if you aren’t sure what she needs when she talks you can simply ask her and she’ll bark at which one (ex. Outside? Bites/food?) Allie absolutely loves car rides and will happily go anywhere with you. She is also a love bug and loves a good cuddle. It is with a heavy heart that I need to rehome Allie, she is a sweet loving girl with a big personality. With having two jobs that require traveling and needing to move homes, she deserves better attention.

Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
I never wanted a second dog but when I visited family for mother's day, I saw that Chloe was very malnourished. That week I begged my sister and niece to let me take her and a couple weeks later I brought her home and started nursing her back to health. We put at least 10 pounds on her in a couple months and got her a few vet visits to get her caught up on everything and make sure she was strong and healthy. She's a huge attention hog and just loves people. She really is a great dog but my first dog is my angel and I want to give 100% of my attention to her. I only took Chloe to save her life. Now she needs a family that will give her the love and attention that she deserves.

Mutt

Male, Adult
Chicago, IL
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
I took in Baci around a year and a half ago from his previous owners who mistreated and neglected him. When I received him his nails and fur were fully grown out and matted. He looked like he had never been cared for. He is a good dog but unfortunately due to the neglect and mistreatment from his previous owners, Baci has behavioral issues. He obsessively barks at noises when he is outside in the yard and also will bark obsessively at people. The most serious issue he has is that he is prone to aggressive behavior from time to time. There are two main scenarios in which he will be aggressive: 1. he is very territorial with his food and will bite another dog or person if they try to take his food away from him. 2. He is aggressive towards people he doesn't know especially if they come to the house. He may even bite them. I believe that the best match for him would be to be adopted into a household with no children or other pets. I think his behavioral issues can be fixed with training.
