Story
I got her in New Mexico with my boyfriend at the time, when she was eight weeks old. then three months later I had to pack everything up and move back to Florida with my mom due to domestic abuse. I tried to keep her but I'm unable to keep her any longer. My mom's German Shepherd doesn't like her and we've tried to get them use to each other. but nothing has helped. its hard to keep them separated, and unfair that one or the other has to be locked up while the other is out. She needs a home that she can be out and able to play with either other dogs or kids. I'm unable to give her what she needs at the time and just want a good home that can give her what she needs.  She's ten months old, and is very sweet, hyper, and playful. she does well with kids, cats, and other dogs. she loves walks and being able to run. She's doesn't like water, due to not being around it much. She loves to cuddle and sleep next to her person at the end of the bed.

Story
Meet Darla, an 8-month-old, 36 lb energetic female pup ready to find her forever family. This sweet rescue pup is full of happy energy and even more love. Darla is completely up to date on vaccines, flea and heartworm prevention, spayed, microchipped, and has graduated from a 3-week puppy training program at Unleash Fido. Darla is a social butterfly who does great with kids, other dogs, and even cats. She’s house-trained, crate-trained, knows how to “place” on an elevated bed, and walks beautifully on a leash. At home, she loves zooming around the yard, playing fetch, chewing on a good bone, and then settling in for cuddles when playtime is over. Darla would be a great fit for an active family looking for a friendly, well-trained young dog who’s ready to be a loyal companion. Comes with: Crate with bed, elevated bed, collar & leashes, training collar, and vet records.

Story
Meet Boo 🐾 Boo is a sweet, gentle boy who came to us from the Jacksonville Animal Shelter. While we adopted him with the best intentions, we’ve realized our current home isn’t the environment he needs to truly thrive. Boo is calm, affectionate, and loves cuddling, peaceful walks, and trips to the beach. He bonds deeply with his people, but due to what we believe was a difficult past, he struggles with separation anxiety. Boo does best in a home where someone is around most of the time. He would be happiest as the only pet, where he can receive undivided love and attention. A home with a yard would be ideal so he can relax and stretch his legs. Our busy schedules and another high-energy dog have become overstimulating for him, and we want what’s best for Boo. To help with his transition, Boo will come with his crate, food, slow feeder, toys, and leash. Boo is a loving, loyal companion looking for a calm, committed home. Please consider giving this sweet boy the life he deserves.

Story
Gracie is such a sweet good older girl. I was taking care of Gracie after her owner was killed. She is extremely nervous because of this. She was unfortunately present when her owner was killed. She adjusted to my cats really well and I think being around other animals has helped her a lot. I work 10 hour shifts for the majority of the week and my building has a no dog policy unfortunately. It absolutely breaks my heart to give her up but I can’t give her the life she needs. She loves long walks and loves to just sit outside. She used to having access to go in and out whenever she pleases. She is a big couch potato most of the time but she lovessss her toys and treats. She needs a home with someone who is patient and has more time. I’m terrified she won’t be adopt at the humane society because she’s so skittish, but she deserves love and home this baby has been thru so much I just want to find her forever home.

Story
Mouse is an exceptionally affectionate dog, who adores kids and older dogs, and gets along with cats inside. He is very curious and active and enjoys going for walks and playing tug. Mouse is crate and leash trained, however he has many triggers that need to be managed (leash, fence, and food aggression). Mouse needs an experienced owner who has time to dedicate to obedience training and is able to set him up for success. Mouse desperately wants to be a good boy but needs a family who can put the time in to give him that environment.

Story
About a month and a half ago, we found Dex and took him in, hoping we could give him a forever home. We truly tried to make it work, but with our work schedules, we are just not home enough to give him the time, attention, and love he deserves. Dex is genuinely one of the sweetest dogs I have ever had. He has a loving heart, a gentle personality, and just wants to be around his people. He also loves to play with other dogs and would do great in a home with a furry friend or someone who enjoys taking him out to play. This decision comes from wanting what is best for him, not from lack of love. He deserves a family who can be present and give him the attention he needs to thrive. If you or someone you know is looking for a sweet, loving dog and can provide Dex with a great home, please message me. I want to make sure he goes to the right place where he will be truly happy. 🐾💙 Thank you for reading and for helping us find Dex the home he deserves.

Story
Allie is a 5 year old Chiweenie. She is house trained and also uses puppy pads. She's sweet but very nervous. It takes her a little bit to warm up to strangers. She's not mean or aggressive, but will hide and show fear if you try to pick her up until she gets comfortable. She gets along with my chihuahua and cat, but is jealous and I think she'd prefer to be an only child, lol. She needs a calm home.
