Simba is a great boy and would make a wonderful companion. He is great on the leash and enjoys sniffing around on his walks. His crate is his safe space and will relax in there for hours. He loves to play with his toys. He will sit and give paw for a treat. Simba is very smart and knows exactly what he wants.

Story
We took Izzy in at 4 mos.of age from someone who adopted her at the beginning of the covid pandemic. She has been with us ever since..We now have to m9ve in with my son and his family ( including a senior dog, a preteen and a newborn baby) Izzy is a love bug....she likes some dogs and dislikes others. She will walk well on a leash, with a pinch collar. She is still very playful, loves fetch and has a fairly high prey drive (barks at.the rabbit that ! appears in our back yard, occasionally) She Is crate trained as well.

Story
Krewe is a 2 year-old pitbull/lab mix, his birthday is April 6th, 2022. He is an unneutered male as he stands now and has been completely vaccinated. We are looking for a new home for Krewe due to moving to a new state and being unable to accommodate two dogs. Also, due to an incident between him and another one of our family dogs, I am looking for a family with no other pets in the home. (I am happy to provide more details about this incident as well.) Krewe is a very cuddly pup who loves to get his belly rubbed and play with his stuffed toys. Krewe is completely housebroken as well as crate trained. He recently underwent a four week boarding obedience program where he learned a variety of skills, including no-pull leash walking. Krewe has been nothing but wonderful for our family and I am completely heartbroken to have to rehome him, but for the sake of his quality of life, it is necessary. We believe that of our two dogs, Krewe will adjust best to having a new family.

Story
Avery has been part of our family for 7 years so even writing this is not an easy thing. Avery is living proof of when they say your dog is like its owner. There’s not a stranger that Avery won’t bark at but after 2 seconds of sniffing you and allowing you to pet her it’s like you’ve been besties all your life (just like me).Avery was a rescue when we first got her but she definitely rescued us. Unfortunately we have to say goodbye due to moving in to a home that does not allow dogs. I want to make sure that she is in a loving home that will take care of her the way she deserves to be.

Story
Hazel is the sweetest dog! She was dumped on our street when she was about 6 months old but she is still the happiest dog ever! She listens well, loves other dogs, loves adventure, and loves to be with her people. She is very friendly and would love a family that is active. Hazel can run and play all day but is an excellent house dog as well. She is calm indoors and very well mannered. Knows all basic commands and is house and crate trained. She is friendly, good with strangers, and would be a great ‘take anywhere’ kind of dog. She has never been around small children so I can’t speak to that however, based on her personality I ‘think’ she would be fine. Cats however, probably not. She does like to chase them! But we also have a small dog and she is extremely sweet and gentle with him. They are best buddies! Unfortunately due to life circumstances and no fault of her own, we are having to find a new home for her.
